@bell Hey Bell Canada. My mother recently passed away. Why do you need me to provide you with proof of power of attorney just to cancel her account? We wanted to keep the account but under a different name. No other utilities company asked for this. We have now moved to Rogers!

2 hours on the phone to comb through 7 months of bill and find out they’ve been charging me $20ish extra a month and I would not have noticed if they didn’t hike my March bill... It’s **** every business, every corporation and every organization but most of all, @bell today!

@Bell_Support Beyond Frustrated!!! I keep having problems with my 4K box! It will freeze & then everything goes blurry. Even had the 4K box replaced with new one & still same issues! I can’t go 1 day without this happening. Now tonight, it’s been blurry all night, WHY?? #angry
