    @Bell_Support Can you tell me why a representative is scared to forward me to a case manager, out of fear of losing their job? The rep, literally told me that if they fwd my issue to a case manager, they would be fired? Is this the environment that Bell fosters for its reps?

    @Bell_Support says its @Microsoft issue, and vice versa, meanwhile all my devices constantly ask for my password in Outlook 365! Can you both sort it out pronto?

    I have an inquiry about getting the service level promised in my contract since Bell has upgraded my area. Reps can't give me the pricing promised on my original contract w/out significantly changing my price. I know I need to speak to a case manager to escalate. @Bell_Support
