  Against my gut feeling, I gave @Bell a chance this year. In fact I gave them 2 chances. They screwed it up both times! Never again. And it's impossible to speak with anyone so I'm paying them about $250 for 3 days of internet service just to get them to stop calling me. 😡

  @ryangerritsen Yeah , i was with @Bell once upon a time After a bug with pay services, they cancel my services After it got clear . It took me 45 minutes to close m'y service . Till i could get a manager that was able to close it

  @Bell_Support And now I'm being told by the customer service agent that I was "misled" by the former 2 agents about the bundle credit. The first agent told me to call back if credit wasn't applied; the second agent told me he re-applied the credit. Looks like it's time 2 find a new provider 🤞🏻

  Hi @Bell_Support is internet/wifi going to restored and if so when to 75/95 Havenbrook and 5 Parkway Forest Drive, Toronto. All these buildings are highly populated and it's not good leaving service out this long as other services TV/fibe phone are out also! Update pls!
