Hey there @Bell you have brutal customer service. Spoke to two different agents today. The first one did not follow through on anything from our discussion and the second told me how policies work there and I was misinformed from a previous agent. Glad I’ve canceled

@Bell That’s just the standard response I’ve seen all day on Twitter. Can we have a real update please as this is a joke of a service now.

Against my gut feeling, I gave @Bell a chance this year. In fact I gave them 2 chances. They screwed it up both times! Never again. And it's impossible to speak with anyone so I'm paying them about $250 for 3 days of internet service just to get them to stop calling me. 😡

@oskeremmie @Bell @TELUS Funny enough the night before last I took a drive up signal hill, parked, picked up my phone and “5G”. Then 2 seconds later it switched back to LTE… thought my phone was on the blink.

@Bell @overactivegg your customer service sucks and cannot be trusted. I reported a cut wire outside my house (which means I have no service). I am now on my third call because the first two times I called the agents lied to me. The first call agent said a repair person will show up same day.

@DPocroianu @Bell My experience is HR is never on the employees side. I’m genuinely sorry you are going through all this. I’m also suffering and slowly getting better after essentially developing PTSD from my last job over a year ago. I did reach out to HR only because of dotting my i’s. Big hug!

@bell you guys are the scum of the earth. For two days I’ve been trying to get internet access at my business and none of the idiots on your phone lines are able to help me out. I’m losing out on thousands of dollars here. Get your ******* **** together.

@BesLori @Bell_Support @Rogers Yeeep. It's bad. Usually marketed as "oh but what if the grand kids come over. They loves the internet".
