@Bell nothing can be easy with you. I got told if I purchase the pods (3) they would be bundled with our other bell items. Today I’m told I can get 2 and of course I’m being charged. Plus I waited on hold 30 minutes to find out why our highest level internet u offer is slow AF

@Bell while installing Bell5 have trespassed multiple times on my property and left damage. Been an ongoing problem for over a year. Never requested Bell5. Nobody knocks on your door to advise of anything. Multiple complaints. Terrible customer communication.

Hey there @Bell you have brutal customer service. Spoke to two different agents today. The first one did not follow through on anything from our discussion and the second told me how policies work there and I was misinformed from a previous agent. Glad I’ve canceled

@Bell_Support I’ve already initiated a complaint with a ticket number. Isn’t the first time. Your company obviously doesn’t care. Also sends subcontractors who can’t speak English in Ontario. Wonderful double standard. 👏🇨🇦👍

Against my gut feeling, I gave @Bell a chance this year. In fact I gave them 2 chances. They screwed it up both times! Never again. And it's impossible to speak with anyone so I'm paying them about $250 for 3 days of internet service just to get them to stop calling me. 😡

@Bell_Support @Bell I called Bell as my e- mail was not working at 6.45 this morning. There was no recording advising of outage. I called back again at 8.55 and this time waited one hour 10 minutes only for your service rep to say there was a server issue and hopefully would be resolved soon

@Bell_Support Both Fibe TV & email not working. Again. The fact that #Bell actually acknowledges this outage means it's affecting many users. Otherwise, they try to get away with not addressing outages at all. Maybe Bell should test fully before executing system changes that affect service..?
