Booze Reviews (@boozereviewsca) reported from Calgary, Alberta@outcast_brewing @Bell Yikes! You think they would have noticed you text a lot and that they would have added that to the plan!! @Bell I hope that was a mistake and you can fix it
-
Edward McIntyre (@twittem) reported from Calgary, Alberta@Bell_Support As mentioned in my previous tweet - I have spoken with them 3 times and the terms are still incorrect. Telling me to continue down a path that doesn't bring resolution is not moving the issue forward.
-
Đ₥ (@DustinMorris13) reported from Calgary, Alberta@wandabaker_ @Bell That's the worst!! I find whenever I upgrade I get weeks of spam calls.
-
All I want for Christmas (@DustinMorris13) reported from Calgary, Alberta@DevonTarrant @Bell_Support That's beyond awful! How are businesses supposed to function if there's no service?
-
Commie Tommy Chong (@TommyChong840) reported from Calgary, Alberta@boozychef @scottdellinger @_LaineyBoggs_ @TELUSsupport @Bell More like $10 for this 25 for that and 75 for this other thing. They can really soak you on the one-time fees. If you never need to make changes or get help from a person it can be a lot less than the big 3.
-
Mark Lehman (@Mlehman99) reported from Calgary, Alberta@Bell_Support I seem to have lost phone service in Calgary on iPhone. Can’t make or receive phone calls

-
Commie Tommy Chong (@TommyChong840) reported from Calgary, Alberta@boozychef @scottdellinger @_LaineyBoggs_ @TELUSsupport @Bell There are some trade-offs like paying a fee for all changes and many human interactions with them. If you can get by with just self-service and don't make many changes it's probably fine.
-
Jason Stettner (@Skycaptin5) reported from Calgary, AlbertaLooks like we’re set to leave @Bell as their phone support has been awful and they offer us the same pricing as those getting a plan for the first time despite decades with ‘em, great company! Am excited to get Unlimited now though
-
Kelz (@KSphotobug) reported from Calgary, Alberta@Bell_Support So apparently Bell calls it Advanced Messaging. But only picks certain phones to allow to have it. Funny Bell call themselves the best mobile network in Canada & then chooses who to provide features to. Perhaps it will be time to switch in Feb when my contract is up.
-

-
Elisabeth Stenger (@DrAlbino) reported from Calgary, Alberta@Bell @Bell_Support so incredibly frustrated by getting disconnected for a fourth time trying to resolve a mistake on my bill. After 16 years with you as a cell provider I am being treated like garbage. No customer service, treated rudely by one agent and not close to a solution.
-
Brandi (@brandibelliveau) reported from Calgary, Alberta6 months of dealing with a @bell billing issue & I get 2 useless agents in 1 day. 1st one tells me to go to a Bell store to have them fix it. 2nd one tells me I have to phone every month to have a fee reversed that I shouldn’t be paying.... for the next 21 months 🤬
-
Đ₥ (@DustinMorris13) reported from Calgary, Alberta@wandabaker_ @Bell Ugh that's awful! I had to shut my vm off.

-
𝐏𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐩 𝐓𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐡 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐞, 𝐏𝐡𝐃 (@ModernAgri_Tips) reported@Bell Thanks for responding. Please stop the calls warning I'll lose service if I don't connect within 30 days. The delay isn't on my end. @Bell hasn't completed the installation. How can I connect to a service that hasn't been delivered? Connect to what, exactly?
-
Steph (@Stephy_72) reported@RogersHelps @Bell_Support please take me as ur client as Rogers customer service is horendous and can’t read either. Tony Staffieri, CEO of @RogersHelps more training and ur CSATs most be really low

-
Scott Tod (@ChiefTod) reported@Bell why does it take 3 hrs at a phone store to get a new phone. Stop treating customers as a burden and phone purchase /migration as a complex issue. I can buy a phone in any other country in 15mins.
-
Tina (@ProphecyQueen) reported@Rogers @RogersHelps I would like to switch to Roger’s from @Bell Their internet service has been dropping every second and because tests show up as it’s working, they refuse to send a technician. I’m done with them.
-
PRECIOUS (@donprecio) reported@Highteaspeaks @Bell Koodo is $32 after tax.any, you can link to your bank for automatic payment or pay by yourself, so you don’t owe them just don’t pay if you don’t want service.
-
Ayodeji Prime (@Djaymania) reported@Highteaspeaks @Bell Phone and plan 60 after tax. This is better than just a 25 after tax plan though. In my opinion. (Works for me anyway). Seems network not too reliable on cheaper plans(20-25 per month plans).
-
Rocco Signorile (@imthedarkknight) reported@RogersHelps Yes and the transfer fee of $80 is completely RIDICULOUS! How would I know if they did it by mistake. I CLEARLY asked him AND my son as well. He responded on more than one occasion “ YES NO PROBLEM” Yet he did. So he is now a @Bell customer & will be joining him. “Sorry 2cu go”
-
Rick O'Connor (@ricksmsnet) reported@Bell @peterlogz @bill_dub My address is 642 Crozier Rd, Oxford Mills ON K0G 1S0 I asked the rude Team Leader for his boss’ name & number & he refused. He asked for my number & he would call me. No call. I was also without my internet and tv from Thursday afternoon to today at noon. WOW, did I miss it.
-
Tim Jaques 🇨🇦 🇺🇦 🇬🇱🇩🇰 (@PretendEditor) reported@MartyMakFly @Bell_Support Well, I would never give them that, because they already know that if they are for real.
