You can get full service in most of Canada,also roaming is free on some plans

Funny Bell call themselves the best mobile network in Canada & then chooses who to provide features to. Perhaps it will be time to switch in Feb when my contract is up.

In many cases it actually costs them more to limit the data rather than make it unlimited. Wired and cellular. Needs Regulation.
