@CoachBombayy @Bell Back when they were Wind, the service was not good but since they got more towers and don't have to piggyback on other carriers,it's a lot better. You can get full service in most of Canada, also roaming is free on some plans
-
Domingo Lumanog (@mydomingo) reported from Calgary, Alberta
@Bell just had to wait for 45 minutes so this guy can tell me that I'd have to pay more. #wow #service
-
Elisabeth Stenger (@DrAlbino) reported from Calgary, Alberta
@Bell @Bell_Support so incredibly frustrated by getting disconnected for a fourth time trying to resolve a mistake on my bill. After 16 years with you as a cell provider I am being treated like garbage. No customer service, treated rudely by one agent and not close to a solution.
-
Commie Tommy Chong (@TommyChong840) reported from Calgary, Alberta
@boozychef @scottdellinger @_LaineyBoggs_ @TELUSsupport @Bell I have a Rogers small biz plan. I thought I was going to cancel it but they've really stepped up their game so I actually signed a contract.
-
Booze Reviews (@boozereviewsca) reported from Calgary, Alberta
@outcast_brewing @Bell @Bell_Support Phone support is closed or has very limited hours on Sunday too if I remember correctly
-
Booze Reviews (@boozereviewsca) reported from Calgary, Alberta
@twittem @Bell_Support Talk to loyalty support... Maybe they can escalate it
-
OilersWintheCup (@ChrisMo96328267) reported from Calgary, Alberta
@MikeCous1neau @CoachBombayy @Bell I've never had a problem with Freedom, been with them for 10 years, when they were Wind Mobile then changed to Freedom

Brandi (@brandibelliveau) reported from Calgary, Alberta
6 months of dealing with a @bell billing issue & I get 2 useless agents in 1 day. 1st one tells me to go to a Bell store to have them fix it. 2nd one tells me I have to phone every month to have a fee reversed that I shouldn’t be paying.... for the next 21 months 🤬
-
Eric 🍕🌞🎉 (@ericskilling) reported from Calgary, Alberta
@masonhastie @Bell I’ve never dealt with @bell as they really overcharged R’s cell phone bill when she had a feature phone. One more reason to never use them.
-
Edward McIntyre (@twittem) reported from Calgary, Alberta
@Bell_Support As mentioned in my previous tweet - I have spoken with them 3 times and the terms are still incorrect. Telling me to continue down a path that doesn't bring resolution is not moving the issue forward.
-
Shauna Frederick (@frederickshauna) reported from Calgary, Alberta
@Xplornet please help me understand how the cost of our internet service in @RockyViewCounty has increased 30% in 2 years. The speed/service certainly hasn’t changed. I can get faster service tethering off my cell with @Bell #ruralinternet
-
Reg Curren (@newsmanbluesman) reported from Calgary, Alberta
And #telecommunications companies wonder why they have a reputation issue...do better @Bell
-
Kelz (@KSphotobug) reported from Calgary, Alberta
@Bell_Support So apparently Bell calls it Advanced Messaging. But only picks certain phones to allow to have it. Funny Bell call themselves the best mobile network in Canada & then chooses who to provide features to. Perhaps it will be time to switch in Feb when my contract is up.
-
Booze Reviews (@boozereviewsca) reported from Calgary, Alberta
@twittem @Bell Yeah.. As much as Im waiting till June 20th... Im probably not going to Rogers. They screwed me over years ago. Never looked back from dropping their awful service
-
Jason Stettner (@Skycaptin5) reported from Calgary, Alberta
Looks like we’re set to leave @Bell as their phone support has been awful and they offer us the same pricing as those getting a plan for the first time despite decades with ‘em, great company! Am excited to get Unlimited now though
-
TV's Dr. Ew {blue check mark} (@WerdEmUp) reported from Calgary, Alberta
@CharlieAngusNDP @Bell_Support Hi, data costs less than pennies a month above what limited service costs. In many cases it actually costs them more to limit the data rather than make it unlimited. Wired and cellular. Needs Regulation. The public deserves protection from these extremely profitable companies.
-
Commie Tommy Chong (@TommyChong840) reported from Calgary, Alberta
@boozychef @scottdellinger @_LaineyBoggs_ @TELUSsupport @Bell There are some trade-offs like paying a fee for all changes and many human interactions with them. If you can get by with just self-service and don't make many changes it's probably fine.
-
Adam J. Humphreys (@Making8) reported from Calgary, Alberta
@JayBeeGooner @TELUS Yep, 100 down difference max which is pathetic. @Bell says they won’t charge a premium until March 31st. If it’s not GBps it’s not really true 5G.
-
Trevor Fedan (@Trevorglove) reported from Calgary, Alberta
@Bell_Support you never address my situation
-
Commie Tommy Chong (@TommyChong840) reported from Calgary, Alberta
@boozychef @scottdellinger @_LaineyBoggs_ @TELUSsupport @Bell More like $10 for this 25 for that and 75 for this other thing. They can really soak you on the one-time fees. If you never need to make changes or get help from a person it can be a lot less than the big 3.

@Bell not a happy customer today... working from home, supporting students online and ALL of my Bell services went down🤨 #onlineworkfrustration
-
Luke Silv (@SilvLuke) reported
@Bell You promoted your rural internet in our area. Took 2 months to get us an appointment. Just to have the technician show up and inform us the tower is at capacity. Will be months/years before we can get internet. WFH/Summer plans now out the window. Awful.
-
Ems1985 (@TasteTh47499224) reported
@Bell_Support as a non customer I need to report a problem with a Bell overhead cable. Who do I contact and how?
-
Simon Windmuller (@saimon7777) reported
No power in Evanston/Livingston/Carrington since 5am. Not having wifi reminds me of how bad cell service from @telus and @bell is in the area. @ENMAX #calgary
-
Mike Berthold (@MikeMontrealer) reported
@CircularLogic89 @CRTCeng @Bell_Support I’m not arguing that. I’m saying they should reach out to a longtime customer instead of simply charging a large fee and then refunding it later. Is that clear enough to understand?
-
先輩 (@therealMeeshhyy) reported
Bell internet is TRASH. So if y’all think moving from rogers to bell is going to make you happier you are mistaken. I would gladly take an outage day or 3 versus the **** wifi I currently have. **** I tell you. @Bell_Support I’m going back to Rogers for good.
-
EMO LEBLANC™©® - G.O.A.T.- RECORDING ARTIST 🇺🇸 (@CountryMusicEmo) reported
@Bell_Support Yeah I already went through this and was told to call your technical support. I need the run around again.
-
Eduardo Benvenuti - BRKsEDU (@BRKsEDU) reported
@Bell_Support internet and TV have both been a nightmare since 3 weeks ago... you guys sent me a new modem even though I said that wasn't the problem, I changed it and it basically just wasted my time. Please fix your damn network, it used to work but now it is horrendous.
-
shenAndygans (@shenandygans) reported
Anywhere else in the world get screwed over for cell service the way we do in Canada by @Bell_Support @TELUS and @RogersHelps ? Approx. $90-100 for the calling plan alone. The Samsung Fold is either $40 a month & give it back after 2 yrs or pay $750 OR pay $90 a month for 2 yrs.
-
Hobo (@Commander_Hobo) reported
@bell let's play the 50/50 game. 50% of the time your internet goes down. worst. company. ever.
