    Holy ****, why is it so complicated to do something so simple as having a Sim swap done with @bell? 25 minutes of circular discussion with a call center in the Philippines (we do have people in this country available to do this kind of work) to be told they have no way to help.

    @Bell_Support Does Bell Fibe TV carry CBC Windsor? Bell Satellite used to but I can’t seem to find this service for S Western Ontario ( Kitchener to Windsor/ Sarnia ) If not, would @Bell please consider adding it to Bell Fibe TV for subscription! Thanks!!

    Three @Bell technicians in as many days. The most recent one says: "I don't know how to fix it." At least they're honest about their incompetence. Any minute now, a @Bell minion will send a tweet offering to "escalate" this file over to DMs, where no one can see what's going on.

    After 5 years with @Bell mobility, switched to @Rogers despite their horrendous "Red Event" commercials. @Bell wouldn't match the price of the Rogers plan. Guess I wasn't the customer Bell wanted to retain.
