    @Bell_Support I'm a teksavvy customer that uses bells dls lines in over 24 hours I was disconnected yet I had DSL connection After the Storm was done use the internet all night that night woke up the next morning and my internet was disconnected so now bend over 24 hours plz fiz dls lines

    @Bell_Support How about you say what happened AFTER the storm in Kanata to make the outage, as the weather was clear when the outage happened. What is ETA for Kanata? Again, the storm was well OVER and it was sunny when these outages started. What happened?

    @Bell I will be moving to Rogers. Unless you’re a new customer Bell charges way too much for what you get.

    @Bell_Support Well it would appear Bell has no idea what they are doing, so far today they have given us 5 different reasons for why our internet is not working. We aren’t even speaking to people in Canada, they are all overseas. Bell sucks.

    @Bell_Support This is awful. Saturday was we were told it would be up by 6P Sunday, Sunday we were told today by 7P .. and now I’m reading people who have reached out and they’re saying the current ETA is tomorrow by 8A. I hope you guys are planning to credit your cms

    @Bell got Bell TV Thursday 4K box keeps shutting down they want to charge me $100 to come have a technician look at it???? WHAT A SCAM #bellMedia #bell

    @Bell_Support How many customers lost service and how many have you restored service to? Can you also give us an approximate time as to when we will all get our service back. Difficult to work from home without Internet.

    @Bell_Support Been out of power since Friday like many but Bell services kept working, now today TV doing same as last Monday & Bell not answering DM...why is it down now?
