    I LOOOOOOVE that @bell came out with cheaper, better plans but decided to keep over charging me. Amazing customer experience. So glad I've been a loyal customer!!

    @nath_beauregard @Bell Even Rogers will screw you the same way as Bell does! Real problem is the powerful people in this country but they brought in a lot of immigrants to blame for anything wrong in this country!

    Horrible experience with @Bell . Sign a deal on march 7 for a phone, plan and watch for a set price, have the contract and order details in my email. Phone and watch took more than 1 month to be delivered. Now, when I went to the store to pick up, the total bill that was supposed to be around $65 was showing around $120. The @Bell representative tried, but could not get the price that they sold me the products in the first place, saying it was a system error and that everything should go back to normal after finalizing the deal, but everything still the same and my billing still wrong. @Bell how you gonna solve this? I will only pay what I agreed to pay in the first place.

    How does one download a show when there are several recordings now @Bell? You can only play or delete the series. It is still the worst app, now just made more cumbersome.

    @Bell_Support And now I'm being told by the customer service agent that I was "misled" by the former 2 agents about the bundle credit. The first agent told me to call back if credit wasn't applied; the second agent told me he re-applied the credit. Looks like it's time 2 find a new provider 🤞🏻

    Called @Bell to upgrade my Mobility plan from the $35 plan to the $85 Ultra Plan. I was told as a loyal customer I would have to pay $105. The advertised $85 rate is only available to new customers. How does this make any sense?

    @Bell what a joke my service for 3 lines have been out 4 days and there’s no one helping or no solution in sight @rogers never let this happen and where is the customer service cuz no one has any respect at your company
