@TekSavvyBuzz @Bell OTA disappeared in my rural location, my complaint to CRTC looped back to Bell Studios saying too bad so sad, now Bell has disappeared the lowest internet package of 50GB and forced 100GBs on me yet I will never use that much in a mth.

@Hugospice @TekSavvyBuzz @Bell The smaller players leverage infrastructure from Tier 1 (Telus / Bell, etc...) at a bulk discount and resell it to you at a markup. Canada's issue is a Tier 1 issue. With the CRTC cosigning it - I'm guessing infrastructure costs are a factor.

@TekSavvyBuzz @Bell And can somebody explain to me, why Canada has this stupid way to present a product price without taxes?

  • KoriCook Kori Cook (@KoriCook) reported

@Bell Last year when COVID hit, you told us we’re all in this together. You took government wage subsidy funds meant to help struggling small businesses during COVID, you instead increased Shareholder payouts and paid that money out to your shareholders. Pay. It. Back.

  • johnnypmartin John Martin (@johnnypmartin) reported

@TekSavvyBuzz @Bell Our rates are higher because our country is large with a small population. Less customers per square mile means it costs more to get service to them.

  • PeerProd 𝓐𝓵𝓮𝔁 (@PeerProd) reported

@TekSavvyBuzz @Bell You guys should jump on the free spots left for ISP on the passive optical community network being built in Québec and elsewhere, we need you :) See: Connexion Matawinie, etc.

  • poirierli Linda Poirier (@poirierli) reported

@TekSavvyBuzz @Bell @Rogers recently called me, asked how much I pay for internet service and offered me a temporary promotional price of $46 a month. When pressed she said the price will rise after 1 yr to more than double what I now pay. I told her I don’t appreciate Rogers’ tactics.

  • skipmichaels1 Skip T Michaels (@skipmichaels1) reported

@susanlorr @Bell Auto billing is the way to go! Then if it is down it is their fault!

  • Justen8 JG (@Justen8) reported
