I LOOOOOOVE that @bell came out with cheaper, better plans but decided to keep over charging me. Amazing customer experience. So glad I've been a loyal customer!!

@Bell a Rep just informed me that when I resign my contract I cannot keep my current rate plan and I will be forced into a more expensive rate plan. Please explain to me how you are supporting customer loyalty by forcing your repeat customers to pay higher rates.

@Bell_Support We did DM & we were told to contact #Bell to open a ticket. Called Bell & opened a ticket & the customer rep advised the EARLIEST a tech can come out is tomorrow after noon. 😕
