    @Bell my channel guide is off by an hour on both of my 9400 receivers. Only a one hour wait for on phone tech support. Is this system problem? The soft reboot didn’t help.

    One of the pathetic service is Bell @Bell My internet is not working for 4 days and they don’t care except transferring my call. Every time, I need to validate myself and they don’t share notes when transferring like what is the issue why customer has called. #poorcustomerservice

    @Raptors @RjBarrett6 @Bell RJ coming down with an injury has been the worst thing to happen to 2025 Raptors, offensive rating went from one of top in the league to one of the worst, Scottie has been over burdened and somehow BI lost his mojo with RJ sidelined

    I sure wish @RogersHelps but in fact if you make a simple mistake like I did and call immediately for support that answer is there is no way for Rogers to help...you are screwed and we will take your money. I think they are run by @Bell pr @TELUSsupport

    @Bell ended the call with pretending to “transfer me” and ultimately hung up on me. Note my request was to port a corp. line over to a new personal line on my existing Bell Internet / cable account (giving you more business!) and that’s the kind of customer support I received….
