    @Bell increasing rate plans, and when your contract ends offering BYOD plans that are more expensive than what I had during contract. I get BYOD that reduces my plan and than they increase my towhr two lines rate plans. Thanks bell. Customer support and loyalty are offering plans

    @Bell_Support i am using from so long time today I spoke to bell customer care for without notice plan changed they agreed that it was done,but when I spoke to bell loyalty department they were all rude and didnt wanted to listen to my concerns.

    @Bell , @Bell_Support How hard is it to call in to get help on my mothers bell account who is deaf and after explaining the situation and saying shes available to authorize to get into the account and we call on her behalf to get authorized afterwards to be hung up on twice ?

    @Bell_Support @Bell #LetsTalk Please! Waiting weeks for a manager to call me and when I call in I’m told my case is closed because nobody wants to resolve the issue. I was told by two of your #Bell agents that I could get a phone for $14.99 at a store and when I went it was $75+!
