@Rogers needs to start hiring Canadians at their Support centre. Going from one immigrant to another to another. Not understanding what they’re talking about .They don’t know what they’re talking about is very frustrating. Had an I’ve had enough and will switch to @Bell !

@Bell Unfortunately the only solution you ever seem to offer is an extender which we have to pay extra for monthly, which we will not be doing. For over $300 a month that’s unacceptable to present as a solution when the service YOU are paid to provide doesn’t work.

Poor internet speed and constant connectivity issues. Reported multiple times, promised engineer call-backs but never received one. Still no resolution. @Bell
