    @Bell_Support and @Bell I have placed a new wifi order and it's been 6 days and I am still waiting to get the modem. On your customer support they put for long hold (30min ) to just get an update. Is this how you welcome new customers ?

    @MahyJ @Bell Seriously just switch to Telus while youre a fresh customer. Promise you'll save a lot of money in the long run. 20 years with Bell and for whatever reason they choose to be the most expensive provider in Canada.

    @nath_beauregard @Bell I cancelled Bell a year ago. They give you a good 2 year deal and then screw you when its time to renew. After i cancelled they then want to give you a deal. Screw Bell. Never again
