  North York. Internet was down for about 10 mins. Over 2 hours into watching a 3+ hour volleyball game. At a crucial match point. 😡 What happened? Modem had a red OK indicating fibre issue. Was it scheduled maintenance? It's after 2am. Not happy. @Bell_Support

  @michaelcoren @Bell Yes.... apparently it's a Bell Issue that they are working on. This is from Tech Support. "Thanks for reaching out. This is a known issue affecting some Sympatico email users, and our teams are actively working to resolve it. The estimated resolution time is 10 PM tonight."

  @Bell_Support I have an unknown charge on my cc and an having trouble getting through to a human. Miss the good old days where clients can reach service providers.

  @Bell everyone don’t bother calling bells 800 number for any kind of technical help unless you have great service and here in Canada we don’t have that. But if you do be ready to lose some brain cells cause they just don’t understand what we are talking about.

  @Bell 2/2 we are paying for regular internet which is garbage as its the worst internet ive ever seen, constantly dropping at times. Doesn't even work half the time yet they said wed get fibe???? Ehrn will we get it as its been over 3 years now?????.

  @Bell been on hold for an hour simply trying to book a technician appointment from a letter BELL sent me in order to replace aging copper network with 100% fibre How in the world does it take this long?

  @Bell_Support A technician came and solved the problem. Your overseas tech departments are useless! Bring these jobs back to Canada !
