@RomeoMarra @Bell_Support The hard drive in my PVR was on the way out. So I replaced the hard drive not looking at support Twitter account because I went off the site. Wish I had known. Now I got to wait till the service comes up for the PVR to set it’s self up again.

@Gl1800Dave @Bell_Support Same here - we have 3 boxes but only one was on this afternoon and rebooted. That one is still not working but the other 2 that were not on earlier are working fine

@Bell_Support Good news, your app is **** and doesn't work on any Android device except my mobile phone. The cast function hardly picks up any available devices. Not be able to use it on a regular Android device connected to a television is bullshit.

@Bell_Support Terrible !! I called support waited for an hour on hold and it disconnected automatically and said we are now closed! Wtf happened to 24/7. Still Fibe is out has been down since early afternoon.

@Bell_Support What the heck Bell Canada!!!! Our TV service is still out! Has been 5 hours now! No customer service support available, no updates when it will be restored or resolved…..we all pay hefty prices for your services, Hope you refund and do a much better customer appreciation
