    @Bell_Support Thanks, had a tech come in. Tested the light and found no issues. If it happens again, he said they'll replace the modem. I think it was a random service disruption based on some of the other user comments I found.

    @Bell_Support It would be newsier if u tweeted Bell internet is working properly. Years and years with many service calls & the best advice is renovate your home. Incompetent company

    @Bell_Support @Bell_Support Are our exorbitant monthly $$ going towards this pointless services? Do better.East York residents r paying $1000+/yr 4 ur service and u failed miserably in communicating effectively with us. No other utility could get away with this. #disappointed 2/2

    @Bell_Support Hi, I'm down in Pembroke Ontario. Winds blew the fibre cable right out of my exterior wall. I've reported this to Bell. Horribly COLD day for technicians to have to do exterior cable repair. Keep warm.

    @Bell_Support ….But you don’t support your customers in cold weather. My 84 year old Mom only has tv and her tablet for entertainment and Bell can’t support her and I can’t take her out in this weather #enoughapologizing

    .@Bell_Support only one day into 2 year contract and already having issues with Bell service. Not a great start. Wasn't told I wouldn't have access to change equipment default settings for a week. Don't want to switch my smart devices to new wifi, as I can't change admin password
