    @Bell Can someone explain why Bell calls 2-3 times DAILY and never leave a message?? Could I answer, sure! But I don't want to, so if it's THAT important that you call multiple times daily, leave a message with the issue, simple, then I'll call you back.

    @Bell_Support so did you refound my Dm to fix the issue you cared so much about, then no, the yes. I know all your tech understand my problem and agree with me. Then why is it not resolved? Guess it means you don't bother aboit unsatisfied client that got insulte, hung up, etc..

    @TELUS the customer service I received is so unpleasant and there is no loyalty for the customers. Switching from bell to telus was the worst decision I ever made in my life Hands down bell is one of the best service providers out there @bell #loot #unhappyclient #telus

    @Bell_Support Hey, I just switched to Bell Fibe 50 today, & my speeds were fine for the first 20 mins but they took a huge nosedive % now they're at 2mbps at best. What gives? I called your support and they told me there was a "12 hr outage while things were updating."

    I'm talking about latency so high that nothing gets through and it just going down for minuets on end. Totally unacceptable. We've called @Bell_Support and they have done nothing, just like all the other times we've called over the years. All I want is reliable internet.

    Quite literally as soon as I was uploading my video my area had an internet outage 😭 I am malding so hard right now you have no idea. why couldn’t it have been like 30 min later? No stream or video tonight thank you so much! @bell

    @Bell - been without internet for two days and can't get anyone from tech support to resolve the issue. Was sent a new modem, it's broken, was told to use my phone and hotspot...not ideal during a global pandemic when trying to work from home...
