@Bell_Support @cora_mccloy Called them twice. One rep said no outage. Other said they are aware but no idea if and when they're sending out a field team. I have un/replugged all equipment long before i reached out to Bell.

@Bell Someone from small business needs to contact me. I am out of country, have spent over 4 hours on the phone w/your team to then get hung up on with no resolution. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Yo @Bell you need to fix your verification system because its ableist and classist as hell to expect ppl to have multiple devices or be able to just drop everything and drive 2 hours to the nearest bell store.
