  @Bell your Custumor service is the worst !!! Got a 500$ fee and never got it fixed, it’s been 8 months... and the funny part is that I was a bell employee lol never ever going to deal with u again

  @Bell_Support I've spoken with your "loyalty" department and it doesn't seem like much of a loyalty department when they are telling you that there is nothing much they can do for you, especially being a loyal customer to bell for about 15 years

  @wickdchiq @Bell @CTV_PowerPlay And you were generous enough to not charge them a crazy late fee like Bell does to their own customers🤐 Also a little sad that I know U of T students who have been on CTV panels and have never been given compensation. Legacy media takes advantage of those who don’t know better.

  @Bell_Support @Bell_Aliant I was told to follow up with you about this issue so I figured I would wait until after the weekend and try calling again. I am now coming to the conclusion that your customer service is a special kind of bad. I just want to see and pay a bill.

  @Bell Was offered this on Nov 22. Because employee didn’t set up account properly they are saying now not eligible. On phone with @bell_support numerous times HORRIBLE!!! Give me what your offered!! FYI Conversation of offer recorded. Next stop CRTC. And I though @rogers was bad 🤬🤬
