@Bell_Support I’m on the phone with bell and I spoke to 2 people so far..an employee and a supervisor and they don’t know how to fix the issue.. I never go over my data (I have 7g even tho I’m supposed to have a free one) and now it’s 3 months in a row I go over my data for some strange reason

So finally after 24 hrs I got a hold of a supervisor to still be told nothing can be done and that I have to wait 5 days to cancel my service @bell #neveragain #zerocustomerservice

So 8 months ago I got a 500$ fee from @Bell cause they said I never sent back my phone (which I did and I ce giving them the proofs) talked to at least 15 persons, and every time they said it will be waved on the next bill, but never did

Absolutely disgusted with @Bell, canceled my tv service last week in error, promised 100$ visa gift card, Internet got disconnected, and unable to locate my account. Absolutely shit company to be with. Just returned all their crap and better not see a bill.

Hey @Bell this is the second time in 2 weeks my internet has gone out due to "outside equipment issues" that I have to wait a day for someone to come replace a wire in the box. This keeps happening over and over to people in my apartment complex so maybe figure it out.

My older parents receivers (all THREE) quit working with the remotes. Tech support made them reboot and when it didn't fix them bullied them into being charged $30 for a new remote, which will be snail mailed to them. @Bell "support" refused to send a tech out. I'm so angry!

@Bell_Support Been trying to get in touch with your customer care on call from last 45 minutes. No one is coming on the call except endless waiting. This is really sad. Even callback option calls you immediately and puts you in waiting. No idea how we customers can speak to you.

@RonStoneman7 @Bell @Bell_Support mmmm... I was a roger's customer for years too. They have their own share of issues. But I haven't ever had a setup issue like this. You'd think they would care more about customers when setting them up. Roger's just has stability issues, but AFTER your a customer.
