    @Bell_Support Completely disappointed and unimpressed with your service/support team. 2 hours on the phone and the wifi is still down...As one of the largest companies in the world, I’d expect a lot more. Especially for the prices you charge. #worst

    Day two of no internet because a technician sonewhere decided to change something out of sequence months after they were originally asked to. @bell I've been a customer for years. After my treatment over these last two days I am exploring new options, which is a little sad.

    i've never felt more passionate abuot coding out jobs than i do right now. @Bell has the worst sales, care agents i have ever dealt with, over a month long and 30+ hours on the phone and they charged me for a phone i didnt want, paid in full, tacked on over $500 in accessories

    @Bell Never trust Bell! They have a policy where if they charge you by mistake an amount and they can’t find out how they made the mistake, they CAN’T FIX IT NOR CREDIT IT! I was told this by a supervisor after being charged hidden fees for a landline I did not used! Got it on record

    @Bell_Support @bell really giving us the worst customer service ever, and I was unable to complete 2 of my exams which resulted in me failing because we have not had access to wifi in 2 DAYS!!!!
