@Bell tower at ClearLake Rd & Hwy 141, between Humphrey & Rosseau, was delivering 80Mbs in June, & almost immediately in July 2025 it dropped to 3Mbs, LTS+. I thought it was my service through Koodoo, but 3 other Bell mobiles experienced the same poor data service.

@Bell On chat for 3 hours. Waited for 45 mins to get connected to account representative just to know they have no idea of our previous convo. Explained everything again, put on hold again for 20 mins and came back to an answer we cannot help you with the issue Worst service ever

@Bell Why is it impossible to get even basic customer service from #Bell? Dealing with you is exhausting - you’ve traded service for greed and no longer deserve to be in business. Bell has become an epic failure in customer service. Shameful.
