@dylanlover1969 no flies on you Ms.H.🏆-From now on I'm calling @Bell's CTO when I have cable problems, none of these lower level techies for this subscriber.🤓

  • ssm375 Stacy (@ssm375) reported

@Bell It just occurred to me I didn't switch service providers this morning.

  • davidbarritt69 David Barritt (@davidbarritt69) reported

@Bell_Support I have already done that and they have no update. What are your thoughts on charging overage fees when your service has been down for 6 days. Good or shocking customer service?

  • arkade_arak arkade (@arkade_arak) reported

@LeFortniteJesu1 @Bell 5mbps would make sense, however, 5gbps is the fastest internet offered in Canada and isn’t available for most residential homes. Therefore it wouldn’t apply to this scenario. Could you please elaborate on what I’m not understanding? Not trying to be rude.

  • amber9904 Amber Boaz (she/her) (@amber9904) reported

@tiajoseph @Bell Here in the US you can contact your state’s Attny General and they can help. Often just a paper trail with them gets a vendor to do what they should. Good luck!

  • MacDonaldRK3 Robert MacDonald (@MacDonaldRK3) reported

@Bell No, I am frustrated by bell offering speed packages in my area that I will never achieve. Why? Because the 1.5 GB speed will NEVER be seen because the Hub 3000 is Capped at 1GB, it's the Hub 4000 that will do it and has WiFi 6 as well, but they only offer it in Ontario & Quebec

  • LeFortniteJesu1 Matt Chant (4-1)(4-2)(4-1) (@LeFortniteJesu1) reported

@arkade_arak @Bell It one hundred percent does you just either didn’t read it or you’re stupid

  • inphotog_ Ivan (@inphotog_) reported

Paying $100 for 5mbit down is unreasonable. We cannot run on 5mbit down. Complained to CCTS and finally Bell is doing something. Contacted the person in charge of my case today and I'm extremely unhappy with his tone of voice. @Bell_Support

  • MarkyB04019844 Marky_B (@MarkyB04019844) reported

@Bell_Support @Bell Well I’ve had interrupts and outages since 2016 which have recently got persistent and more frequent. 10 tech visits in 2022. 40.8V AC on my phone line this AM as measured by Bell. But still NO Resolution or call backs. #Shameful

  • sarahh_johnson SJ (@sarahh_johnson) reported

Month 3 of only ever having a max of 2 bars of service everywhere I go and a hundred dropped calls. Are you guys ever going to resolve this? @Bell_Support @bell
