Renegotiate with @Bell we just moved house 2 months ago left Cogeco, Bell gave us a 2 yr deal $80/month I only wanted their best wifi they threw in basic cable and landline. Had some tech issues needed a technician just got a $75 technician charge but I’ll fight it tomorrow

@RogersHelps It's out AGAIN today! 4 hours almost. I've been on the phone with Rogers for 3 hours now trying to resolve this. I've lost upwards of $300 in wages because of this. I was offered a $50 credit. I can't even cancel, that's $15/Month on the remaining 19 months. @Bell @Bell_LetsTalk

@Bell_Support and @Bell I have placed a new wifi order and it's been 6 days and I am still waiting to get the modem. On your customer support they put for long hold (30min ) to just get an update. Is this how you welcome new customers ?

@Bell Please help! Bell upgraded my inet to 50Mbps. Since then, Fibe TV is down & internet speed never went above 25Mbps. Speed test now shows 2Mbps down & 0.6Mbps up. Massive failure! Why am I paying $100/mth for 2Mbps & another $100 for no TV? Support unable to fix. HELP!
