Looks like we’re set to leave @Bell as their phone support has been awful and they offer us the same pricing as those getting a plan for the first time despite decades with ‘em, great company! Am excited to get Unlimited now though

  • cogofitness
Franco Gomez (@cogofitness) reported from Calgary, Alberta

@Bell embarrassing service and will kick your dirt down when moneys owed. When it’s their turn to pay back you may never see it!!

Hey @TELUS @Bell ... how bout you pull out your agreement with Huawei.. the one you lobbied the Harper government for and got. Take some accountability for this damn mess!

  • boozereviewsca
Booze Reviews (@boozereviewsca) reported from Calgary, Alberta

@outcast_brewing @Bell @Bell_Support Hopefully you get a resolution or an answer too. May need to reach out to Loyalty support to get some answers if reg support cant give you anything

  • Making8
Adam J. Humphreys (@Making8) reported from Calgary, Alberta

@JayBeeGooner @TELUS Yep, 100 down difference max which is pathetic. @Bell says they won’t charge a premium until March 31st. If it’s not GBps it’s not really true 5G.

  • TommyChong840
Commie Tommy Chong (@TommyChong840) reported from Calgary, Alberta

@boozychef @scottdellinger @_LaineyBoggs_ @TELUSsupport @Bell More like $10 for this 25 for that and 75 for this other thing. They can really soak you on the one-time fees. If you never need to make changes or get help from a person it can be a lot less than the big 3.

  • boozereviewsca
Booze Reviews (@boozereviewsca) reported from Calgary, Alberta

@outcast_brewing @Bell @Bell_Support Phone support is closed or has very limited hours on Sunday too if I remember correctly

  • DustinMorris13
Đ₥ (@DustinMorris13) reported from Calgary, Alberta

@wandabaker_ @Bell Ugh that's awful! I had to shut my vm off.

  • boozereviewsca
Booze Reviews (@boozereviewsca) reported from Calgary, Alberta

@outcast_brewing @Bell Yikes! You think they would have noticed you text a lot and that they would have added that to the plan!! @Bell I hope that was a mistake and you can fix it

  • ChrisMo96328267
OilersWintheCup (@ChrisMo96328267) reported from Calgary, Alberta

@CoachBombayy @Bell Back when they were Wind, the service was not good but since they got more towers and don't have to piggyback on other carriers,it's a lot better. You can get full service in most of Canada, also roaming is free on some plans

  • KSphotobug
Kelz (@KSphotobug) reported from Calgary, Alberta

@Bell_Support So apparently Bell calls it Advanced Messaging. But only picks certain phones to allow to have it. Funny Bell call themselves the best mobile network in Canada & then chooses who to provide features to. Perhaps it will be time to switch in Feb when my contract is up.

  • frederickshauna
Shauna Frederick (@frederickshauna) reported from Calgary, Alberta

@Xplornet please help me understand how the cost of our internet service in @RockyViewCounty has increased 30% in 2 years. The speed/service certainly hasn’t changed. I can get faster service tethering off my cell with @Bell #ruralinternet

  • Trevorglove
Trevor Fedan (@Trevorglove) reported from Calgary, Alberta

@Bell_Support you never address my situation

  • twittem
Edward McIntyre (@twittem) reported from Calgary, Alberta

@Bell_Support As mentioned in my previous tweet - I have spoken with them 3 times and the terms are still incorrect. Telling me to continue down a path that doesn't bring resolution is not moving the issue forward.

  • TommyChong840
Commie Tommy Chong (@TommyChong840) reported from Calgary, Alberta

@boozychef @scottdellinger @_LaineyBoggs_ @TELUSsupport @Bell There are some trade-offs like paying a fee for all changes and many human interactions with them. If you can get by with just self-service and don't make many changes it's probably fine.

  • ericskilling
Eric 🍕🌞🎉 (@ericskilling) reported from Calgary, Alberta

@masonhastie @Bell I’ve never dealt with @bell as they really overcharged R’s cell phone bill when she had a feature phone. One more reason to never use them.

  • DustinMorris13
Đ₥ (@DustinMorris13) reported from Calgary, Alberta

@wandabaker_ @Bell That's the worst!! I find whenever I upgrade I get weeks of spam calls.

  • DustinMorris13
All I want for Christmas (@DustinMorris13) reported from Calgary, Alberta

@DevonTarrant @Bell_Support That's beyond awful! How are businesses supposed to function if there's no service?

  • alpertungaelbas
ALPER TUNGA ELBAŞI (@alpertungaelbas) reported from Calgary, Alberta

@Bell You did not keep your promise, you did not fulfill your commitments, I did the refund within 15 days, you did not do what is required. Your employees, your staff were very cocky They were rude No respect.

4: called to cancel @VirginPlus , they offered me @Bell loyalty program, and another scheduled appointment. And yet even after switching to the main and guaranteeing a full install and everything done , NOPE , still nothing

  • sovbladekiss
Sovereign Bladekiss | Sommelier VTuber 🍷 (@sovbladekiss) reported

@Bell_Support As low as my expectations were going into it, it still baffled me at how bad it was at assisting. It would not register my requests, suggests completely different solutions as to what was needed or tried to get me to upgrade my plan.

  • sweety82
    Denise Gomes (@sweety82) reported

@Bell_Support why does it take over 20 mins for someone to answer tech support?!? So frustrating

  • celinalex_ru
Celin loves the Jets (me myself and I) 🇨🇦 (@celinalex_ru) reported

I don’t understand @Bell There TV is crap. I wish we didn’t change from @Rogers and now we are stuck with a two year contract of crappiness. Stay far away from Bell. We have to reboot PVR daily and it will only take 1-2 shows a day. #bellsucks

@Bell DM sent hoping to get a faster resolution!

  • nash_qureshi

@Bell come on now, not again. I switched from @Rogers to you for a reason and now you doing the same shiiiii. Naaah! How could your internet be so slow, is that why you offered me cheaper monthly rates ?Shame @Bell_Support streaming one movie & one live game cant consume 150gb🤦🏻

  • ironsightforge
    Noa (@ironsightforge) reported

@Calibremag @Mike_McD5511 @Bell Because the original Bell company that spanned both countries got broken up by US anti-trust laws The smaller companies that came out of it were often referred to as "Baby Bells"
