TV's Dr. Ew {blue check mark} (@WerdEmUp) reported from Calgary, Alberta@CharlieAngusNDP @Bell_Support Hi, data costs less than pennies a month above what limited service costs. In many cases it actually costs them more to limit the data rather than make it unlimited. Wired and cellular. Needs Regulation. The public deserves protection from these extremely profitable companies.

Elisabeth Stenger (@DrAlbino) reported from Calgary, Alberta@Bell @Bell_Support so incredibly frustrated by getting disconnected for a fourth time trying to resolve a mistake on my bill. After 16 years with you as a cell provider I am being treated like garbage. No customer service, treated rudely by one agent and not close to a solution.
-
Trevor Fedan (@Trevorglove) reported from Calgary, Alberta@Bell_Support you never address my situation
-
Đ₥ (@DustinMorris13) reported from Calgary, Alberta@wandabaker_ @Bell Ugh that's awful! I had to shut my vm off.

-
Commie Tommy Chong (@TommyChong840) reported from Calgary, Alberta@boozychef @scottdellinger @_LaineyBoggs_ @TELUSsupport @Bell More like $10 for this 25 for that and 75 for this other thing. They can really soak you on the one-time fees. If you never need to make changes or get help from a person it can be a lot less than the big 3.
-
Reg Curren (@newsmanbluesman) reported from Calgary, AlbertaAnd #telecommunications companies wonder why they have a reputation issue...do better @Bell
-

ALPER TUNGA ELBAŞI (@alpertungaelbas) reported from Calgary, Alberta@Bell You did not keep your promise, you did not fulfill your commitments, I did the refund within 15 days, you did not do what is required. Your employees, your staff were very cocky They were rude No respect.
-
Commie Tommy Chong (@TommyChong840) reported from Calgary, Alberta@boozychef @scottdellinger @_LaineyBoggs_ @TELUSsupport @Bell There are some trade-offs like paying a fee for all changes and many human interactions with them. If you can get by with just self-service and don't make many changes it's probably fine.
-
Franco Gomez (@cogofitness) reported from Calgary, Alberta@Bell embarrassing service and will kick your dirt down when moneys owed. When it’s their turn to pay back you may never see it!!
-
Jason Stettner (@Skycaptin5) reported from Calgary, AlbertaLooks like we’re set to leave @Bell as their phone support has been awful and they offer us the same pricing as those getting a plan for the first time despite decades with ‘em, great company! Am excited to get Unlimited now though
-
Shauna Frederick (@frederickshauna) reported from Calgary, Alberta@Xplornet please help me understand how the cost of our internet service in @RockyViewCounty has increased 30% in 2 years. The speed/service certainly hasn’t changed. I can get faster service tethering off my cell with @Bell #ruralinternet
-
OilersWintheCup (@ChrisMo96328267) reported from Calgary, Alberta@CoachBombayy @Bell Back when they were Wind, the service was not good but since they got more towers and don't have to piggyback on other carriers,it's a lot better. You can get full service in most of Canada, also roaming is free on some plans
-
Mark Lehman (@Mlehman99) reported from Calgary, Alberta@Bell_Support I seem to have lost phone service in Calgary on iPhone. Can’t make or receive phone calls
-
Kelz (@KSphotobug) reported from Calgary, Alberta@Bell_Support So apparently Bell calls it Advanced Messaging. But only picks certain phones to allow to have it. Funny Bell call themselves the best mobile network in Canada & then chooses who to provide features to. Perhaps it will be time to switch in Feb when my contract is up.

katiehasbangs (@katiehasbangs) reported@Bell AT LEAST DRAIN OUR DAMN RIVER r/shade ….honestly though, if you can, try to play with the water levels. There was sort of this, well, accident in 1908 when the S.S Medicine Hat literally ran into our traffic bridge because the water was too high. Yeah.
-
Anuj Miglani (@AnujMiglani1) reported4 Weeks later, @Bell Internet Saga still continued... No one knows and unable to help... I guess time to call Rogers! @Bell_Support
-
Cosmical🇨🇦 PCD ~ (@CosmicalLupus) reported@imthedarkknight @RogersHelps @Bell Anything to Make these robbers Pay for their Crap services
-
Christopher Butt (@gotnewf2291) reportedThank you @Bell for rescheduling my morning appointment to this afternoon without notifying me. Is only the tech that came sunday did his job I wouldn't have had to waste my day today waiting. FYI: this is garbage service and when a customer asks a question, you should answer it
-
𝐏𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐩 𝐓𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐡 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐞, 𝐏𝐡𝐃 (@ModernAgri_Tips) reported@Bell If the average Canadian consumer matters to you, please send me a DM instead of asking me to send one to you. You know there are restrictions that prevent some users from initiating DMs. Asking me to message you when I can't does little to resolve the issue.
-
🇨🇦leon (@eyexcel) reported@Highteaspeaks @Bell @chatrmobile Their customer service/marketing team needs to do better.
-
Hightea🍁 (@Highteaspeaks) reportedBREAKING NEWS 🚨 After 4 years of faithful service, @Bell and I have mutually agreed to go our separate ways. I have successfully escaped a $90+ monthly phone bill and migrated to $39.55, with a pathway to $33.60 in 30 days. That’s about $700 staying in my pocket every year instead of funding Bell’s next board meeting 😭 I wish the company well in all their future endeavours! Today is a good day.💃🏻🤭
-
Hightea🍁 (@Highteaspeaks) reported@zidalama @Bell Not bad actually
-
Brian Tobin (@brianpjtobin) reported@Bell Ok I’ve tagged @Bell_Aliant as you advised in your direct message. Hopefully they can resolve this safety issue.
-
Rochelle Whittingham (@THATS_HERxo) reported@Bell you’re new set up for your customer service line is horrible! Too many prompts to get to speak to someone, scrap it.
