@Bell_Support Bell phone line Customer Service: "Let me put you on hold for a minute while I investigate this"...... 10+ minutes later N O T H I N G ๐Ÿคฌ๐Ÿคฌ๐Ÿคฌ๐Ÿคฌ. Awful service

  • Making8
Adam J. Humphreys (@Making8) reported from Calgary, Alberta

@JayBeeGooner @TELUS Yep, 100 down difference max which is pathetic. @Bell says they wonโ€™t charge a premium until March 31st. If itโ€™s not GBps itโ€™s not really true 5G.

  • twittem
Edward McIntyre (@twittem) reported from Calgary, Alberta

@Bell_Support As mentioned in my previous tweet - I have spoken with them 3 times and the terms are still incorrect. Telling me to continue down a path that doesn't bring resolution is not moving the issue forward.

  • cogofitness
Franco Gomez (@cogofitness) reported from Calgary, Alberta

@Bell embarrassing service and will kick your dirt down when moneys owed. When itโ€™s their turn to pay back you may never see it!!

  • newsmanbluesman
Reg Curren (@newsmanbluesman) reported from Calgary, Alberta

And #telecommunications companies wonder why they have a reputation issue...do better @Bell

  • boozereviewsca
Booze Reviews (@boozereviewsca) reported from Calgary, Alberta

@twittem @Bell Yeah.. As much as Im waiting till June 20th... Im probably not going to Rogers. They screwed me over years ago. Never looked back from dropping their awful service

  • TommyChong840
Commie Tommy Chong (@TommyChong840) reported from Calgary, Alberta

@boozychef @scottdellinger @_LaineyBoggs_ @TELUSsupport @Bell There are some trade-offs like paying a fee for all changes and many human interactions with them. If you can get by with just self-service and don't make many changes it's probably fine.

  • blatch_daniel

@Bell Looks good, I am a Seniors Cosultant and l would like to recommend the iPhone in your Ad. Today I am on a fixed low income, and can not afford to get the phone ๐Ÿ“ฑ I have been a Mac Customer for more than 10years Can you help me? Danny Boy Calgary, Canada,

  • KSphotobug
Kelz (@KSphotobug) reported from Calgary, Alberta

@Bell_Support So apparently Bell calls it Advanced Messaging. But only picks certain phones to allow to have it. Funny Bell call themselves the best mobile network in Canada & then chooses who to provide features to. Perhaps it will be time to switch in Feb when my contract is up.

  • IamKrisAllen
Kris Allen (@IamKrisAllen) reported from Calgary, Alberta

Anyone else in #yyc lose complete cell coverage? Both @bell and @koodo are down?

  • WerdEmUp
TV's Dr. Ew {blue check mark} (@WerdEmUp) reported from Calgary, Alberta

@CharlieAngusNDP @Bell_Support Hi, data costs less than pennies a month above what limited service costs. In many cases it actually costs them more to limit the data rather than make it unlimited. Wired and cellular. Needs Regulation. The public deserves protection from these extremely profitable companies.

  • Skycaptin5
Jason Stettner (@Skycaptin5) reported from Calgary, Alberta

Looks like weโ€™re set to leave @Bell as their phone support has been awful and they offer us the same pricing as those getting a plan for the first time despite decades with โ€˜em, great company! Am excited to get Unlimited now though

  • mydomingo
Domingo Lumanog (@mydomingo) reported from Calgary, Alberta

@Bell just had to wait for 45 minutes so this guy can tell me that I'd have to pay more. #wow #service

  • ericskilling
Eric ๐Ÿ•๐ŸŒž๐ŸŽ‰ (@ericskilling) reported from Calgary, Alberta

@masonhastie @Bell Iโ€™ve never dealt with @bell as they really overcharged Rโ€™s cell phone bill when she had a feature phone. One more reason to never use them.

  • TommyChong840
Commie Tommy Chong (@TommyChong840) reported from Calgary, Alberta

@boozychef @scottdellinger @_LaineyBoggs_ @TELUSsupport @Bell More like $10 for this 25 for that and 75 for this other thing. They can really soak you on the one-time fees. If you never need to make changes or get help from a person it can be a lot less than the big 3.

  • DustinMorris13

@wandabaker_ @Bell Ugh that's awful! I had to shut my vm off.

  • DrAlbino
Elisabeth Stenger (@DrAlbino) reported from Calgary, Alberta

@Bell @Bell_Support so incredibly frustrated by getting disconnected for a fourth time trying to resolve a mistake on my bill. After 16 years with you as a cell provider I am being treated like garbage. No customer service, treated rudely by one agent and not close to a solution.

  • Mlehman99
Mark Lehman (@Mlehman99) reported from Calgary, Alberta

@Bell_Support I seem to have lost phone service in Calgary on iPhone. Canโ€™t make or receive phone calls

    RyanCartier (@RyanCartiers) reported

@virginmedia The delayed call back does not change corp. #customerservice practice or reduce long lead times plaguing @Bell - ANSWERING customer calls when called is needed. - Stopping the use of unproven AI. - Address consistent #customersupport deficiencies reported online.

  • DBSteiger
    DB Steiger (@DBSteiger) reported

@Bell You have proved time and again that you don't actually care. The DM's go nowhere, solve nothing, and never escalate things to where they need to be. Pretending to ride in on white horse going "WELL ACTUALLY!" doesn't help. I gave up using Bell in favor of the slightly less horrid Telus, and at least I can get service when I call them. Hell, even that reply sounds like it was AI written. I have zero faith in your company left, and at 41 I hold a long grudge. It would take something significant to change my mind, after the hell you caused me.

  • RobertW96576248
    Robert Watson (@RobertW96576248) reported

@JesseEdwards78 @Bell I left Bell well over a decade ago. I used VOIP. Voice Over Internet Protocol, with my computer internet service provider. Cheaper by far, and long distance was no extra cost. Later, I retired my computer & internet some 6 years ago. I just use a 'smart' mobile phone.

  • Whisky_Yak
The Undead Royal Canadian Kilted #Fella (@Whisky_Yak) reported

@Reil76 @SnarkusAurelius @Bell My father knew one of the local Bell Computer Engineers and flagged him down as he drove past my parent's place, in order to get an issue resolved that the client service reps and regular field techs couldn't solve. Bell kindly asked him not to do that again.

@Aaron_Rosenthal @CTV @Bell Theyโ€™re just reprinting a Canadian Press wire service story & headline Canadian Press is owned jointly by 3 major Canadian media companies: Globe & Mail, Torstar Corp, & Square Victoria Communications Group (which owns La Presse). CTV/Bell are only guilty of laziness here

@Bell been on hold for an hour simply trying to book a technician appointment from a letter BELL sent me in order to replace aging copper network with 100% fibre How in the world does it take this long?

  • Jmackwins
    Joey Mack (@Jmackwins) reported

caveat emptor for @apialarm @Bell you should ashamed of yourselves that you sold you are alarm company to this grift. Anyone I know run far away from this company, zero service and the system began to fail minutes after @Bell left town.

  • Kevin_D_Lyons
    I AM SPARTACUS (@Kevin_D_Lyons) reported

@Reil76 @Bell I left Bell more than 20 years ago for Eastlink. Two or three times a year now, I'll have Bell sales people come to my door trying to convince me to switch back. They're wasting their time, and mine, even if they were to offer me free service. I'm happy where I am.
