-
Commie Tommy Chong (@TommyChong840) reported from Calgary, Alberta@boozychef @scottdellinger @_LaineyBoggs_ @TELUSsupport @Bell There are some trade-offs like paying a fee for all changes and many human interactions with them. If you can get by with just self-service and don't make many changes it's probably fine.

-
Commie Tommy Chong (@TommyChong840) reported from Calgary, Alberta@boozychef @scottdellinger @_LaineyBoggs_ @TELUSsupport @Bell More like $10 for this 25 for that and 75 for this other thing. They can really soak you on the one-time fees. If you never need to make changes or get help from a person it can be a lot less than the big 3.

Brandi (@brandibelliveau) reported from Calgary, Alberta6 months of dealing with a @bell billing issue & I get 2 useless agents in 1 day. 1st one tells me to go to a Bell store to have them fix it. 2nd one tells me I have to phone every month to have a fee reversed that I shouldn’t be paying.... for the next 21 months 🤬
-
Adam J. Humphreys (@Making8) reported from Calgary, Alberta@JayBeeGooner @TELUS Yep, 100 down difference max which is pathetic. @Bell says they won’t charge a premium until March 31st. If it’s not GBps it’s not really true 5G.
-
Jason Stettner (@Skycaptin5) reported from Calgary, AlbertaLooks like we’re set to leave @Bell as their phone support has been awful and they offer us the same pricing as those getting a plan for the first time despite decades with ‘em, great company! Am excited to get Unlimited now though
-
Stormer81 (@Stormsoulz) reported from Calgary, Alberta@Bell_Support Bell phone line Customer Service: "Let me put you on hold for a minute while I investigate this"...... 10+ minutes later N O T H I N G 🤬🤬🤬🤬. Awful service
-
Eric 🍕🌞🎉 (@ericskilling) reported from Calgary, Alberta@masonhastie @Bell I’ve never dealt with @bell as they really overcharged R’s cell phone bill when she had a feature phone. One more reason to never use them.
-
Booze Reviews (@boozereviewsca) reported from Calgary, Alberta@twittem @Bell_Support Talk to loyalty support... Maybe they can escalate it
-
Commie Tommy Chong (@TommyChong840) reported from Calgary, Alberta@boozychef @scottdellinger @_LaineyBoggs_ @TELUSsupport @Bell I have a Rogers small biz plan. I thought I was going to cancel it but they've really stepped up their game so I actually signed a contract.
-
Shauna Frederick (@frederickshauna) reported from Calgary, Alberta@Xplornet please help me understand how the cost of our internet service in @RockyViewCounty has increased 30% in 2 years. The speed/service certainly hasn’t changed. I can get faster service tethering off my cell with @Bell #ruralinternet
-
Booze Reviews (@boozereviewsca) reported from Calgary, Alberta@twittem @Bell Yeah.. As much as Im waiting till June 20th... Im probably not going to Rogers. They screwed me over years ago. Never looked back from dropping their awful service
-
TV's Dr. Ew {blue check mark} (@WerdEmUp) reported from Calgary, Alberta@CharlieAngusNDP @Bell_Support Hi, data costs less than pennies a month above what limited service costs. In many cases it actually costs them more to limit the data rather than make it unlimited. Wired and cellular. Needs Regulation. The public deserves protection from these extremely profitable companies.
-
OilersWintheCup (@ChrisMo96328267) reported from Calgary, Alberta@MikeCous1neau @CoachBombayy @Bell I've never had a problem with Freedom, been with them for 10 years, when they were Wind Mobile then changed to Freedom

Reg Curren (@newsmanbluesman) reported from Calgary, AlbertaAnd #telecommunications companies wonder why they have a reputation issue...do better @Bell
-
Elisabeth Stenger (@DrAlbino) reported from Calgary, Alberta@Bell @Bell_Support so incredibly frustrated by getting disconnected for a fourth time trying to resolve a mistake on my bill. After 16 years with you as a cell provider I am being treated like garbage. No customer service, treated rudely by one agent and not close to a solution.
-
OilersWintheCup (@ChrisMo96328267) reported from Calgary, Alberta@CoachBombayy @Bell Back when they were Wind, the service was not good but since they got more towers and don't have to piggyback on other carriers,it's a lot better. You can get full service in most of Canada, also roaming is free on some plans
-
Domingo Lumanog (@mydomingo) reported from Calgary, Alberta@Bell just had to wait for 45 minutes so this guy can tell me that I'd have to pay more. #wow #service
-
Kelz (@KSphotobug) reported from Calgary, Alberta@Bell_Support So apparently Bell calls it Advanced Messaging. But only picks certain phones to allow to have it. Funny Bell call themselves the best mobile network in Canada & then chooses who to provide features to. Perhaps it will be time to switch in Feb when my contract is up.

Won't do anything till I please please please receive our second SIM card (been on the phone for an hour and it's my third try), but how can I file a complaint?
-
Stitch Man (@DStitchman) reportedFriendly reminder that @Bell is an absolute dogshit company that does not care about its customers, offers terrible services, and charges way too much for said services. $85 a month for 3Mbps is absolutely unacceptable. @Bell_Support is not helpful either. Just a terrible company
-
Patrick (@PatrickoftheG) reportedIt blows my mind that companies like @Bell_Support bombard me with mailer advertisements for bundles, as if having a landline or television service is somehow like a benefit or advantage and not a reason to run away screaming from overpaying.
-
Warrior Of Truth (@DPocroianu) reportedI am being sued by the manager that assaulted me @Bell. He punished me for my #mentalhealth calling me weak for having #anxiety. He told me to "never talk back to him" when I told him to stop putting his hands on me. My mind disassociated feeling violated @Bell #BellLetsTalk
-
Naotnie (@Naotniee) reportedBro we got one of the best possible packages from you and it still lags cause of *cold* what ******** do you do with your money bros invest in cable cold resistance or whatever ******** do something jeez @Bell
-
Mel (@melscreeches) reported@Bell_Support 66 Peel Drive in Coboconk has no telephone service. I do not have account information because this is my elderly neighbour, who doesn't use Twitter. Calling his number gives a "1B1, the client you are trying to call is unavailable" error. He can't call out.
-
Stephanie Barbour (@sjbarbour) reported@Bell_Support anyone else having trouble with Teletoon descriptive audio being on? I have checked both tv and bell box, not activated. Only channel that this is happening on.
