In many cases it actually costs them more to limit the data rather than make it unlimited. Wired and cellular. Needs Regulation. The public deserves protection from these extremely profitable companies.

    @masonhastie @Bell I’ve never dealt with @bell as they really overcharged R’s cell phone bill when she had a feature phone. One more reason to never use them.

    @CoachBombayy @Bell Back when they were Wind,the service was not good but since they got more towers and don't have to piggyback on other carriers,it's a lot better. You can get full service in most of Canada,also roaming is free on some plans

    Looks like we’re set to leave @Bell as their phone support has been awful and they offer us the same pricing as those getting a plan for the first time despite decades with ‘em, great company! Am excited to get Unlimited now though

    @Bell @Bell_Support so incredibly frustrated by getting disconnected for a fourth time trying to resolve a mistake on my bill. After 16 years with you as a cell provider I am being treated like garbage. No customer service, treated rudely by one agent and not close to a solution.

    @boozychef @scottdellinger @_LaineyBoggs_ @TELUSsupport @Bell More like $10 for this 25 for that and 75 for this other thing. They can really soak you on the one-time fees. If you never need to make changes or get help from a person it can be a lot less than the big 3.

    @boozychef @scottdellinger @_LaineyBoggs_ @TELUSsupport @Bell There are some trade-offs like paying a fee for all changes and many human interactions with them. If you can get by with just self-service and don't make many changes it's probably fine.

    @andrewmcc90 @Bell @Xbox @XboxCanada People on US ISPs have posted speeds 4x what I get. There’s a bottleneck somewhere else. Not saying the service is bad, I’m quite happy with it, but if they’re going to advertise blazing fast speeds for gaming, they might want to work on this.

    @Bell_Support my internet has been down for 24hrs. My wife , who is a EA , needs it for work. We were told it won’t be fixed until Tuesday. Or if I see “a guy up a pole “ I can ask him and update my ticket. Not impressed

    @Bell @Bell_Support I just spoke with Jeffery from escalation. Out of all my issues this month, he has been the only one to be straight forward, easy to work with and to know what he is doing. I wish I could say the same for the rest of Bell, but he deserves a raise immediately.

    @Bell_Aliant @Bell_Support Bell mobility company are thieves. I canceled my contract more than once, they continued to charge me for a service I had no idea that they didn't cancel. Now I'm refusing to pay they send it to collections. I'm getting nowhere with them crooks.
