    @Bell You’re about to lose 4 long time customers in our neighborhood because your technicians either don’t listen or just don’t show up at all. Customer service doesn’t seem to be able to help either and we are all fed up with the run around!!

    Building that I live in. They had us buy wifi pods to help with the connection for 10$/month and now they aren't even reliable. @Bell get it together I'm so close to paying to get out of my contract with your company. Unbelievable how unreliable you are.
