@Bell_Support I would also like to be sent an agreement that states the following: going forward, every time this customer is asked by a bell technician to drive to a bell store to replace their modem, we will give them a $150 bill credit

@Bell_Support What the hell would that do? Your solution is to drive to a bell store for the second time this year, replace my modem for the 3rd time this year, and not have internet for the 6th 24 hour period this year. There is nothing YOU can do. Clearly. Your service is pathetic.
Have to drive to a @Bell_Support store to replace our modem for the 3rd time in the last 12 months. Our internet service has gone down for over 24 hours a total of 6 times in the last 12 months. Moral of the story: don’t choose Bell.

Hey @Bell_Support pls get ur act together bc my internet is down, I have no way to access my class notes, quizzes and there's no one to help me to fix this bc if I want 24/7 help I gotta pay $5.95 a month which I can not afford. So again please get your act together
