@Bell_Support I’m trying to reset my password in the app and just keeps bringing me back to the login screen, I’m caught up in a loop. I was using facial recognition however the app said my credentials were out of date.

@Bell fix your damn website.. been trying to sign up for internet the last 2 days on FIVE different devices on different networks and browsers. Made it as far as shopping cart but then it auto logs you out and won't move past password screen. My lord.

@Ryan_r_Williams And they don’t even work! My @bell 5g performs worse then my last LTE phone. I think we all support fair value for services. And while they’re at it, the telecoms can sell the leafs so they can win.
