@Bell Very poor Customer Service....Agent called and he was giving me instructions from someone clearly he was just transferring instructions and seems to have no knowledge on issue.... He asked me to do Factory reset my modem and I confirmed with him that he want to do it ?

Thanks for the notice, @Bell that service would be interrupted in my area today bc of your Fibre Optics implementation. Now, I must rely on my phone data to get through my work day!

@00Jaclyn00 @Bell @top_employers They really don't care. They ran fibre optics through my rural area on my land to power their towers which they overcharge. The stupid thing is there's trees blocking abojt 90% of the homes in the tower radius making it impossible to connect.
