Trying to find a great VOIP phone service in Southern Ontario ... tried really hard to go to @Bell (Bell Canada) but after wasting so much time on a chat they told me to call another department! That is really poor customer service but they are too big to care!

One thing power outages are good for is to remind us how bad @Bell @Rogers @Telus are failing in providing adequate cell coverage to rural areas. At least NS Power has crews out working when an outage occurs, but Cell cos... its BAU.

3hrs 53mins from start of download to restart of 5gb file for windows update. This type of service is unacceptable everywhere buy it seem to be okay in #Nunavut #dosomething @northwestel @CRTCeng @Bell

@Bell_Support Just as a follow up, they're utterly useless and didn't help at all. They just make it look like they care, and I'm DMs it's just more avoiding responsibility or having to actually do anything to help. Enjoy your paycheck, you surely didn't earn it.

I have gone through so many issues with Freedom Mobile in the last 90 days, I can't help but feel this is retaliation for THEIR failures which I called them out on previously. @Rogers @Bell does anyone want my business bad enough to give me the right deal??

  • MandoBrave MandoBrave (@MandoBrave) reported

@RogersBiz No, you can’t, continued outages with no backup solution for small businesses. @bell offers back up solutions even from homes.

@TheGrapeGuy @Bell @Bell_Support Sadly more effort put into winning back a customer than retention. Been that way for ages actually
