    @Bell Appreciate the scam bell, called the costumer service line and removed long distance restriction a few hours ago, and confirmed that it's going to be free of charge! And now here I am with a 35$ long distance minutes bill, thanks a bunch!!!

    @Bell_Support My elderly parents haven’t had a phone line, cell service or data since #fiona. They can’t access emergency services if needed. My very elderly grandma lives alone and her life alert goes to my parents. Let’s talk about if something happens to them in rural NS.

    Love when @Bell double-charges you on a bill and then refuses to fix their mistake for another two weeks. Guess that's what should be expected when money is priority over customer service. @Bell_Support

    @MrMontagoose @Bell @Rogers they do the same with cell phone service...i have reduced to talk/text only minimum plan only because Rogers didnt work where i needed it...hmmm i dont go to that spot anymore and bell mobility sucks at home...hello Telus, lets talk

    @Bell_Support That's it? No explanation for why your subcontractor trespassed and cut a line they had no business digging up? Wow. I will be escalating this with your management. Absolutely terrible customer service on your part.

    Looks like Starlink Roaming is literally my only choice at this point. I've called 6 different ISPs and none of them have service at our new place x.x @Bell is the only other company that has service out there but it's just not worth dealing with them again.

    He will not because despite being with them 15 yrs, Bell refuses to offer a loyalty plan b/c they can't verify who I am. They can't verify who I am because I can't receive texts. I can't receive texts because MY PHONE IS BROKEN. What do you expect people to do, @Bell_Support?

    @AliciaB85930624 @Bell " Work" they don't work. They pass you to person to person and put you on hold for hours. 4 service technicians in 1 week , and still no phone, internet or cable. What does customer service say, on why I need a phone , " Is someone dying ? " Disgusting people
