@Bell_Support Though Bell would be any different than other service providers, unfortunately I found them worst. Nobody has any clue whatsoever. I have more information than their customer service team. @Bell_Support don't ask me to DM you because I already have.

Shouldn't @Bell answer the phone? Asking for my 96-year-old father who is trying to cancel service on a cell phone - the store wouldn't do it. He will not be be responsible for any further bills. You are on notice. Should that be a condition of your license? #cdnpoli

Was pro-@Bell / @Bell_Support up until I started losing money due to days unable to work since they don't want to come fix their lines.

So, @Bell internet has been down in my area for at least 8 hours now, and there’s no sign that it’ll be restored. @CamGuthrie @erin: I thought that a law was passed that other companies would be required to pick up the slack after the Rogers outage back in July? Where’s our help?

Anyone been to Cuba and get a hack for data / wifi down there. The wifi where she’s staying sucks and not working properly and @bell mobility is a total ripe off and now I can’t keep in contact with her for the week.

@Bell and Aecon. Spray painting buried utility lines on melting snow and melting snowbanks is a stupid idea. It's even dumber with more snow and rain in the immediate forecast.

When a fire happens in your neighbourhood, meanwhile @Bell refuses to come fix the burnt down internet wire for an entire weekend. Here watching Rogers fix theirs the day of the incident though.

@Bell_Support Why am I being charged for 2 receivers all of a sudden. I signed up with the Fibre service and was told that the DVR is in the package and I get 1 receiver for free. So for the first 4 months, there were not extra charges. Just this month I have the charge for 2.
