After multiple conversations and repeated assurances, I’m now being told it’s only partially cancelled. This is unbelievably frustrating. I genuinely don’t understand how a simple cancellation can be this difficult. Signing up took 5 minutes; cancelling has taken 24 hours and still isn’t resolved. Chris FC (@ChRiS86F) reported@Bell was a firmware upgrade they told me I had to call in for which is unreal. Great support though. Hiwever, now, again trying to watch the game in 4k and keeps cutting out with an error code 101 im not calling to give through trouble shooting and miss it. #fail
