@Bell three separate agents assured me someone was coming to fix the outside line for our non-functioning landline. That was two days ago. I suggest you suspend or cancel our landline immediately as I will not pay for services you refuse to render. Just wow.

@Bell I moved from Vanier which has 1.5GB to Ottawa South. 50MB IF I AM LUCKY and I am paying more for a slow garbage speed.

@Bell_Support I resolved the issue through another source. But I had to call bell first. I was redirected to three different people on a single call and put on hold for 20 mins then cut off three times in a row with nobody able to do a simple unlock. Nobody knew what to do. So they cut me off.

@Bell_Support That says to me the people you’ve outsourced to do customer service either don’t care about their work or they need more proficient training. Literally wasted half a day. And you are the only provider I’ve ever had this type of customer service problem with... Ever......
