    @Bell your repair services are mediocre at best. Neighbourhood outage for a cut wire at the terminal...was told technicians are working on it...the terminal is on our property...p.s...no one is here!

    @Bell_LetsTalk @Bell ur customer service is do ******* annoying and rude that they don't know how to solve the issue. Every month u send me an email about the charges that you didn't provide. You can provide router and you want to charge for it. Your customer service is pathetic

    @Bell, it's above the pay grade of the folks working in your service centres, so I am letting you know as a corporation: for what I am billed monthly, I don't expect 6 to be my own on-site technician!
