Of course, the one time I want to use the MyBell App on my phone and it’s not working. Down for maintenance. Once again those of us who work nights get shafted on service. @Bell

@Bell_Support Very unhappy and displeased with Bell. I set up a cancellation order for Aug 2 and my Home phone service was disconnected prematurely on July 26, resulting in ALL 3 home services not working for an entire day.

@Bell_Support is FIBE down in Southwest Pickering? I was just sent to pickup a new modem and now it’s not working either. One of my neighbours was given the same direction, it appears to be a broader issue.
