Chris Cash (@ChrisCa13805953) reported from Upper Rawdon, Nova Scotia@Bell_Support I am not sure who this goes to, Bell recently repaired a downed fiber line and in my opinion it's way to low and will be ripped down again. I think it should be looked at so I don't lose my fiber again.

-
Jake (@nyogen_) reported@SueAnnLevy @Bell A few years ago someone who worked for Bell told me to choose the 'French' option on the phone. It's the only way you'll get a customer service rep within Canada and most of them can speak English.
-
todd barclay (@toddbarclay37) reported@SueAnnLevy @Bell I could have warned you that Bell was and still is the absolute worst.
-
Janas Visvanathan (@JanashJsha) reported@Bell🐢 response to bad call issues has been disappointing. I had good service before, but moving to a new connection has been rough. No real @Bell_Support from technicians. Not recommending for now might be better to try other carriers for faster service.

Love My 7 Wood (@LoveMy7Wood) reported@SueAnnLevy @Bell Both are bad but I would never switch to Bell as its @BellMediaPR stations have been hugely anti-Israel since October 7.
