@Bell_Support I am not sure who this goes to, Bell recently repaired a downed fiber line and in my opinion it's way to low and will be ripped down again. I think it should be looked at so I don't lose my fiber again.

@Bell_Support have been without internet for last 5 days, with multiple failures at all levels of customer service. Not one rep has been able to help us, and a technician who came in and tried to resolve it never created a proper ticket to ensure follow-up issues were handled

Hey @Bell, you may want to revamp your sales training program. You're probably not going to expand your subscriptions - and may even lose some - when existing customers are abruptly hung up on after they politely express that they're not interested in an additional service.
