@kfmdawe99 @Bell It literally is so bad. The need for “pods” is total BS.

@Bell_Support I am not sure who this goes to, Bell recently repaired a downed fiber line and in my opinion it's way to low and will be ripped down again. I think it should be looked at so I don't lose my fiber again.

@Bell_Support If you could not provide service for a mobile hub you should have said so instead of jerking me around yet again. I gave you both a mobile number and a landline and you STILL could not access the account.

@Humanitaires @Bell_Support I agree their “solution” to my problem is that they cannot do anything “the offer has expired.” Also, that I would need to call them again. If I wanted to do that why would I bother over here! It’s unreal!

Fun economics question: How many times does @Bell have to replace my modem before it becomes cost effective for them just to give me the upgraded version which the tech says "is much better"? I've replaced 5 modems in the last year and the problem remains the same.

@Bell client since the 70's. When are you ever going to do something about protecting your paying customers from landline scammers? I get calls night and day. I never get a straight answer about why nothing is done.

@Bell After 2 hrs on the phone with little help, going out of my way to pick up a new modem to exchange, only to have the exact same thing happen to me, is incredibly frustrating. I will be calling TS, again. If this isn't resolved by tomorrow, I will be canceling my services.

@Bell_Support I need help ASAP. I don’t have a SIM from my order yet and Bell just switched my service over.

@Bell_Support Hi there. I've been on the phone with level 1 and 2 TS all over again dealing with the same issue, going through the exact same process as I did this morning....current phone call length is 50 minutes. Not impressed. Issue is a red flashing WAN light on my brand new modem.

Just know you have a major complaint coming your way, I called before business hours ended but was placed on hold for so long that the call just disconnected because no one is working at this time. @Bell

@Bell is trying to hide customer service in DMs and phone calls so they don't get publicly shamed for their ineptitude. Do not let them. Also, if you want phone results ask for loyalty & retentions. Tell them you will cancel your account if they do not comply with you request.

@Humanitaires @Bell @BellAliant Oof that's awful. These were calls from a third part marketing firm k would guess. They did say on behalf of Bell Aliant. I just don't understand why 3 calls and why the last guy was so weird about why I didn't want to sign up for extras.
