    @Gracey_Poon @Bell_Support @JenmarkDigital @Bell @TSN_Sports @TSN_PR We just don’t have bandwidth to support 4K transmissions over a broadcast infrastructure. We have 4K for security cameras as they go over a very short distance only on one channel.

    In the time that Sean has been waiting on hold with @Bell_Support to figure out why our internet is down, I have already called @startca and set up an account and service for our new house ... he’s still on hold 😂 excited to be out of Bell’s evil clutches in just over a week!

    @LeezerShort @RogersHelps Thanks. Her service has been on & off for 2 years but after she couldn't call 911, I've had it. If they can't fix it, they need to just tell us so I can switch her to @Bell , which we may do anyways

    @alliejayne_ @Bell_Support That’s disappointing. We have always had good service. No different than any other provider with all their ‘promos’. They’re all corporate sheisters in the long run though.

    I’ve spoken to over 10 different agents regarding the same issue and they’ve yet to find a solution. I had to explain the situation EVERY SINGLE TIME, I was put on hold for 40 mins, I’ve had multiple calls drop & no call back. You SUCK @Bell_Support 🗣

    I don’t know who needs to hear this but if you’re considering switching over to Bell, DONT!!!! If there was an award for worse customer service they would win HANDS DOWN. @Bell_Support

    @Bell_Support The best option is to cancel @Bell. Why anyone thought investment could stop with a 150 year old copper network is irresponsible. Wireless doesn't penetrate trees, hills, lacks capacity. Only solution is to spend $$ on fibre, create jobs, bring all of Ontario into the future.

    @Bell_Support I find it crazy that @Bell charged me a $600 security deposit last year before they would activate my mobile service but now upon cancelling I have to WAIT a month to get my money back! ** Update Sept. 26 still no refund. Disgraceful. DO NOT sign up with BELL!

    @Bell followed up with your technical team and it appears nothing was done. Error code 1009p/3 seems to be a mystery and I'm not the only one who has it... @680NEWS should maybe investigate this as I may choose @Rogers if the app doesn't work...
