    @LeezerShort @RogersHelps Thanks. Her service has been on & off for 2 years but after she couldn't call 911, I've had it. If they can't fix it, they need to just tell us so I can switch her to @Bell , which we may do anyways

    In the time that Sean has been waiting on hold with @Bell_Support to figure out why our internet is down, I have already called @startca and set up an account and service for our new house ... he’s still on hold 😂 excited to be out of Bell’s evil clutches in just over a week!

    @Bell_Support I have requested contact and been told there is no one I can speak to regarding my concerns with your training programs. The only option seems to be more training? 😳 So, if the onus is on you, not the client OR your associates.. You ignore&hope the issue goes away?

    @CanadiensMTL @Bell @TricoloreSports I am supper pumped to finally see some hockey on tv. I have been looking forward to this days since the very last game. I missed the game so much that I watch some old games on my phone. Always wanted a canadiens jersey but never could afford it. It would mean the world to win !

    @Bell_Support @Bell @Bell How many folks have you done something similar to? How many folks have given up the "fight" with bell and just paid the extra charges because it wasn't worth the hassle? Who can I speak to about THAT? Treat people, including, but not limited to, your staff, better.

    @Bell_Support Who can I speak to directly regarding concerns in the training of staff to manipulate their clients into paying overages on bills which, like in this case, are the fault of Bell's terrible systems? Tweeting this as evidently your associates "cannot assist" me further.

    Bell Canada has the WORST customer service. A call which started at 11:00am has still not been resolved- I’ve been put on hold, disconnected and given false promises and my issue is still not resolved @Bell

    @Bell_Support Been a preferred customer for 2 years with a home package of home phone, TV and GB internet. Promos expired yesterday and current promos are not even close to what I was getting the last two years. Why are you not able to renew or reinstate promos that are expired?

    @Bell_Support @Bell Also, maybe provide staff with better phones/service so your clients don't get disconnected after sitting through your "longer than usual wait times" multiple times in a row. If you're looking for a place to start in treating both your staff and clients better, there's one.

    @Bell Customer care service at Bell sucks. I was told they would call me back in a couple minutes. It is now 24 hours later and still no call. Customer service is incompetent
