@LeezerShort @RogersHelps Thanks. Her service has been on & off for 2 years but after she couldn't call 911, I've had it. If they can't fix it, they need to just tell us so I can switch her to @Bell , which we may do anyways

In the time that Sean has been waiting on hold with @Bell_Support to figure out why our internet is down, I have already called @startca and set up an account and service for our new house ... he’s still on hold 😂 excited to be out of Bell’s evil clutches in just over a week!

@_AirTuna_ @Bell Exactly, I made that same comment. Bell support reached out and still the same answer. Nada! What’s the point? Like I said to them, work on reach then speed. Honestly who needs 3Gbps? While others have 10 or 50Mbps in their neighbourhood.

@CRTCeng @Bell @CCTS_CPRST no resolution of my problem with bell. They always tell me that a tech representative will visit my area but this never has happened. And funny thing is, 5g symbol shows on my phone screen wen calls are dropping and data is slower than 2g. This looks like a scam. Plz look into it

@Bell_Support Listen, there’s no need. You are a customer service rep dealing with the repercussions of bad marketing. I don’t have a Bell account. I just dropped Bell Mobility in favour of Rogers (better service, less money), and I will be sticking with @startca for Internet.

However, I don’t have my phone working. It is really difficult to survive in these times where you need data and phone

@Bell_Support Hello, I have called your toll free number numerous times. First they were not creating a ticket and kept telling me that ticket can’t created because it’s a ongoing issue in brampton. But brampton is a major city and I live in centre of it. 3 months of ongoing issue!? Weird
