@LeezerShort @RogersHelps Thanks. Her service has been on & off for 2 years but after she couldn't call 911, I've had it. If they can't fix it, they need to just tell us so I can switch her to @Bell , which we may do anyways

  • BigTimHodges Tim Hodges (@BigTimHodges) reported from London, Ontario

@Gracey_Poon @Bell_Support @JenmarkDigital @Bell @TSN_Sports @TSN_PR We just don’t have bandwidth to support 4K transmissions over a broadcast infrastructure. We have 4K for security cameras as they go over a very short distance only on one channel.

  • KeepemReal Keep em Real (@KeepemReal) reported from Middlesex Centre, Ontario

@fordnation, should I go out to find wifi for my kids to do school and for my work. You want us to stay home then get on @Rogers and @Bell ass! @fordnation and rural internet providers need to find a solution NOW! At least create a subside for us!

  • apelipiak Andy Pelipiak🇨🇦 (@apelipiak) reported from London, Ontario

@tryoung @Bell At my location the most they’d be able to give me is 10Mbps down. I have gigabit with Rogers

  • SailorFrag Adrian Dewhurst (@SailorFrag) reported

Hey @Bell_Support I just set up a "connected laptop" device using the tool built into Windows and ran into about a half dozen broken things (some of which cost me extra money). Who can fix this? Chat support didn't have the power to do much.

  • ChinwagTea Kris Kori (@ChinwagTea) reported

@Bell_Support Hello. I am in Salisbury NB and the TV signal is not working. Our WiFi and phone is working, just not the TV. We have FibreOp.

  • hitsukuya Hitsu (@hitsukuya) reported

Ahhhh another day without internet because @Bell doesn’t listen or send technician with equipment we say they need to fix the downed line. Switching providers for sure!!

  • JustDotIt cs. (@JustDotIt) reported

Good on @Bell for giving me “free”50gbs of data to make up for my WiFi and fibe tv being down for the next 3 days (or more)…when I already have unlimited data on their slow network. Can’t even do my work off my hotspot because their network has been trash 🙃

  • hitsukuya Hitsu (@hitsukuya) reported

@roasteddoggie @Bell Yea, you’d think a city with 800k+ ppl could have decent internet but it’s absolute shiet and apparently not worth company’s time to fix when it goes down 😬 Canada is horrible with its providers

  • CRTCeng CRTCeng (@CRTCeng) reported

@RickyWhite69 @AccStandardsCA @Bell Hi SavvyMom! Has this issue been resolved?
