@LeezerShort @RogersHelps Thanks. Her service has been on & off for 2 years but after she couldn't call 911, I've had it. If they can't fix it, they need to just tell us so I can switch her to @Bell , which we may do anyways

In the time that Sean has been waiting on hold with @Bell_Support to figure out why our internet is down, I have already called @startca and set up an account and service for our new house ... he’s still on hold 😂 excited to be out of Bell’s evil clutches in just over a week!

Last chance, hoping people @Bell_Support can figure out why my modem randomly gives errors (Error 2000 - Network Authentication Failed, and Error 1202 - Configure HSI Service) happens almost daily and has been happening since Dec 2nd 2022. Ready to switch to Rogers if you can't.
