    @davevanman @hkimia @Bell It’s stupid. I’ve been with @Bell for over 15 years and they don’t even want to offer me what a new to @Bell client would get.

    Imagine calling @Bell about re-upping the contracts for my two phones and they offered me less than a new customer would get and almost twice as much as a competitor because that was just my reality.

    @hkimia @Bell It is unfortunate because if I cancel my contract (that has expired) I can get the phones for cheaper. I like @bell but I’m not willing to be insulted by them and pay almost twice as much as their competition.

    @Bell_Support I was hit by a tornado July 15. My house has destroyed bell continues to charge me a full bill for services I have suspended. Every month they say it is canceled every month money comes out of my account. Worst customer service eve

    @stargazer1231 @Bell_Support Same here, and the technical support on the phone says the wait time can be around 1 hour; @Bell_Support can you confirm if this issue is been taken care of? And an estimated recovery time?

    @Bell Always late to the game. And your prices and customer service is Trash. Zero damns about long term customers that are always left paying more in the long run.
