@hkimia @Bell It is unfortunate because if I cancel my contract (that has expired) I can get the phones for cheaper. I like @bell but I’m not willing to be insulted by them and pay almost twice as much as their competition.

Imagine calling @Bell about re-upping the contracts for my two phones and they offered me less than a new customer would get and almost twice as much as a competitor because that was just my reality.

@davevanman @hkimia @Bell It’s stupid. I’ve been with @Bell for over 15 years and they don’t even want to offer me what a new to @Bell client would get.

@Bell has on numerous occasions called my 82 year old grandmother who is a widow and tried to pressure her into bundling her TV and phone by buying internet she doesn't need. She's been a bell customer for over 60 years, and even worked for the company in NS in her 20s

@ricwi @Bell I personally haven't been a Bell customer since the early '00s after they charged me for services I didn't request then accused me of trying to "steal their money" when I demanded to be refunded.

@TekSavvyBuzz @Bell I got out of Bell and back to Rogers because of exactly this! I felt scammed, was offered one price but paid significantly more every month! Also, their customer service is awful!
