@hkimia @Bell It is unfortunate because if I cancel my contract (that has expired) I can get the phones for cheaper. I like @bell but I’m not willing to be insulted by them and pay almost twice as much as their competition.

Imagine calling @Bell about re-upping the contracts for my two phones and they offered me less than a new customer would get and almost twice as much as a competitor because that was just my reality.

@bgftgy31 @Bell_Support I know how you feel, while I was with Roger's service I once took my phone to their physical store, and the guy at the desk said we dont do service here, I stepped back and looked up at the huge sign that said customer service. They were awful.

If your parents are elderly- get ON their bills. Not just as someone with permission. Be the primary account holder or if, god forbid, you end up like me with a mother who can't speak/function, @Bell_Support will not help you.

@NoAmandaStahp @Bell They failed to end a service they were told to, and have been charging me every month for that line. For 16 months. And now, when I ask how much money is on that account, from the auto-top-ups that make sure the balance rolls over - you remember how this works - it's $57.

@Bell I have fibe 500 and I can’t get wifi in the bedroom. The fact you charge an extra 10$ to cover the entire house is embarrassing. I already pay enough for this **** service.

My Bell Fibe modem died yesterday. Called it in and was automatically put in priority sequence as it recognized that one of my services was down (Amazing!). Got the replacement modem delivered within 28 hours of the call (Amazing!). Good job, @Bell!

Dealing with @Bell_Support is brutal. They have had my phone for a month. Store says still waiting. Chat service gave me phone number for Bell Home Service. Now been on the phone for 11 plus and counting and still waiting while they read the file
