Bell Canada Issues Reports Near Saanich, British Columbia

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Saanich and nearby locations:

  • vancouverceo Vancouverceo (@vancouverceo) reported from Victoria, British Columbia

Extremely competent staff: immediately freed my data block and now financing me an iPad Pro at discount from SRP. Bravo @Bell_Support. However we aren’t done with contract scam of slowing the data down when it hits a limit, on an “unlimited” plan

  • KrisMonti kristopher Montanini (@KrisMonti) reported from Saanich, British Columbia

@davevanman @hkimia @Bell It’s stupid. I’ve been with @Bell for over 15 years and they don’t even want to offer me what a new to @Bell client would get.

  • KrisMonti kristopher Montanini (@KrisMonti) reported from Saanich, British Columbia

@hkimia @Bell It is unfortunate because if I cancel my contract (that has expired) I can get the phones for cheaper. I like @bell but I’m not willing to be insulted by them and pay almost twice as much as their competition.

  • brentsmi Brent Smithurst (@brentsmi) reported from Colwood, British Columbia

All I want for Christmas is more than one bar (at best) of cel service in Royal Bay. Get it together, @TELUS /@Bell. I’ll switch to @rogers if they’ll do something about this. 2.5 years of this is ridiculous!

  • adeyinthelife Krysta Dey (@adeyinthelife) reported from Victoria, British Columbia

Hi @Bell_Support - If I’d known that you didn’t support Group text Message, I never would’ve left my previous carrier. (My kids don’t have data - a third party messaging app isn’t an option.) #notimpressed

  • troymore Troy More (@troymore) reported from Saanich, British Columbia

@Bell_Support 5G in the Gordon Head area of Victoria BC for the past few days is almost unusable. When working, latency is very high and speeds are very slow. Had to drive to a different area just to send this.

  • KrisMonti kristopher Montanini (@KrisMonti) reported from Saanich, British Columbia

Imagine calling @Bell about re-upping the contracts for my two phones and they offered me less than a new customer would get and almost twice as much as a competitor because that was just my reality.

Bell Canada Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • darrenatwater Darren Atwater (@darrenatwater) reported

More for @Bell. Landlines rurally are lifesavers in a power outage: the only way to contact neighbours, the only way to call an ambulance, the only way to contact @CAA if the car won't start. Thanks for bringing the fibre optics to the pole wall, though.

  • mjsanjuan81 Mary Joyce San Juan (@mjsanjuan81) reported

@Bell_Support service is down at Markham and Sheppard area. Is anybody have same problem?

  • CReynoldsWR Craig Reynolds (@CReynoldsWR) reported

Jerk seemed angry that I wouldn't want to stay with Bell. Said they could 'maybe' do something about my bill. (Lmao, as if you're gonna give me 3X the service for 1/3 the price. You're @Bell who just keeps adding fees and rate hikes every few months)

  • Saunia23 Saunia (@Saunia23) reported

@Bell_Support Hello, i signed up for Bell internet services on Aug.22nd and still have no service. Twice technicians have come to my home, and left us with no internet. Today someone was supposed to be here between 12pm-5pm est, it is now 3:04pm est....still no support or service

  • SkivvYeg SkivvYEG (@SkivvYeg) reported

@Bell I had better cell service in a different country than in Edmonton, Alberta. **** your company

  • thebossmsross Diana Head (@thebossmsross) reported

@Bell Like the amazing offer you gave @LisaLaFlamme_ I’ve cancelled all my @Bell services and will no longer support CTV nor any of its affiliates 🤬

  • toneciaGlode 💥 (@toneciaGlode) reported

Trying to switch from @Rogers ****** internet to @Bell who has ****** customer service has been a headache lmfao

  • BroteinWolf BroteinWalf (@BroteinWolf) reported

@Bell_Support Does "5G access" include access to the 5G+ network?

  • jemzinthekop James Cee (@jemzinthekop) reported

@Bell internet, which I pay $140 a month for is down. On @VirginPlus My 12 year old son went 135mb over on his $50 a month plan and I was billed $26 dollars for it. Or I can go to @RogersHelps and get their brand of **** sandwich. Canadians are so ****** by these criminals.

  • AnnPappert Ann Pappert (@AnnPappert) reported

Anyone else burning cellular with a @Rogers outage in #Guelph? Please don’t let it be the @Bell installers in the neighborhood…@RogersHelps backlogged. #rogersoutage #RogersOUT
