Imagine calling @Bell about re-upping the contracts for my two phones and they offered me less than a new customer would get and almost twice as much as a competitor because that was just my reality.

@hkimia @Bell It is unfortunate because if I cancel my contract (that has expired) I can get the phones for cheaper. I like @bell but I’m not willing to be insulted by them and pay almost twice as much as their competition.

@ciaramccormack @Bell @WhitecapsFC I’m in 2 minds about it as on one side, I think of it in the same terms as you. On the other, I’m conflicted because I don’t want to discredit the actual good that the initiative does for awareness. I feel like 2 conversations can be had about Bell. The good and the bad.
