Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Saanich and nearby locations:

  • KrisMonti kristopher Montanini (@KrisMonti) reported from Saanich, British Columbia

@hkimia @Bell It is unfortunate because if I cancel my contract (that has expired) I can get the phones for cheaper. I like @bell but I’m not willing to be insulted by them and pay almost twice as much as their competition.

  • KrisMonti kristopher Montanini (@KrisMonti) reported from Saanich, British Columbia

@davevanman @hkimia @Bell It’s stupid. I’ve been with @Bell for over 15 years and they don’t even want to offer me what a new to @Bell client would get.

  • KrisMonti kristopher Montanini (@KrisMonti) reported from Saanich, British Columbia

Imagine calling @Bell about re-upping the contracts for my two phones and they offered me less than a new customer would get and almost twice as much as a competitor because that was just my reality.

  • adeyinthelife Krysta Dey (@adeyinthelife) reported from Victoria, British Columbia

Hi @Bell_Support - If I’d known that you didn’t support Group text Message, I never would’ve left my previous carrier. (My kids don’t have data - a third party messaging app isn’t an option.) #notimpressed

Bell Canada Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • Asantacruz2112 Alejandro Santa Cruz (@Asantacruz2112) reported

@Bell today I wake up and I find out that my service was cancelled, a month before you said that it should be, even when I have paid until December. When I call support they ask if I'm going to come back to bell for they to help me. It feels like blackmail

  • scorpiosteve Steve Williams #BLACKLIVESMATTER (@scorpiosteve) reported

@Bell Your advertising for Fibe, “Way faster, Way better “ is total BS ! I have had the service for almost 3 years and have had nothing but problems and have NEVER received the speed I’m paying for . “Way more expensive, Way less reliable” should be your slogan !

  • unusuallyMani Mani (@unusuallyMani) reported

Now my internet has be disabled because @bell can’t be bothered to have their crap together. Lovely.

  • YatinLakkad Yatin Lakkad (@YatinLakkad) reported

@Bell worst mobility service ever in Canada! Don’t trust this company.

  • sandyola Sandy Nicholson 🫖 (@sandyola) reported

I called Eastlink afterall and they came right away. Unfortunately, he was scared to cut his lines into our house until Bell removes theirs along the street as he thought it might be enough for the pole to come down and take out the @bell phone lines for the street.

  • Brady73080069 Brady (@Brady73080069) reported

@Bell, Hello, I’m getting nowhere near my advertised speeds. I understand Up To, but when you’re delivering less than 25% of my paid for internet speed, I have a problem.

  • CR613 C (@CR613) reported

@youtee1983 @Bell_Support And Maybe at the same time hire competent employees that are Canadian and not from overseas that are like programmed robots ! And don't know the meaning of what NO means. Someone that understand when a customer has an issue to escalate it when asked to ! 7 times today

  • scorpiosteve Steve Williams #BLACKLIVESMATTER (@scorpiosteve) reported

@Bell Why should paying customers have to solve a problem that shouldn’t exist ?

  • NancyALopes_ https://nerdculture.de/@Scribe91 (@NancyALopes_) reported

@Bell_Support Still experiencing issues with my wifi being all erratic.

  • the_kitn 💜🐈‍⬛ KITN 🐈‍⬛💜 (@the_kitn) reported

@Bell I just slammed the door in the face of one of your "agents" after I said I was happy with the service provider I was with and he KEPT PUSHING. I understand you just ran new lines, but if someone says they're not interested, DON'T KEEP PUSHING. You won't get new customers.
