    Extremely competent staff: immediately freed my data block and now financing me an iPad Pro at discount from SRP. Bravo @Bell_Support. However we aren’t done with contract scam of slowing the data down when it hits a limit, on an “unlimited” plan

    @hkimia @Bell It is unfortunate because if I cancel my contract (that has expired) I can get the phones for cheaper. I like @bell but I’m not willing to be insulted by them and pay almost twice as much as their competition.

    Imagine calling @Bell about re-upping the contracts for my two phones and they offered me less than a new customer would get and almost twice as much as a competitor because that was just my reality.

    Hi @Bell_Support - If I’d known that you didn’t support Group text Message, I never would’ve left my previous carrier. (My kids don’t have data - a third party messaging app isn’t an option.) #notimpressed

    Is it Groundhog Day again @Bell_Support ? After hours of working to reverse charges for services we don’t have with Bell we get charged AGAIN! This is infuriating & a waste of my time! #poorcustomerservice Will @Bell be compensating me for my time spent on YOUR issue!

    @Bell_Support Is there any issues with the Bell network in Yarker, On? I am having issues sending and receiving text messages. Calls are working.

    @alainparadis @CraveCanada The @Bell Fibe Tv app is also pretty terrible. You can't cast live TV with it unless you also have Bell Internet/wifi
