  Imagine calling @Bell about re-upping the contracts for my two phones and they offered me less than a new customer would get and almost twice as much as a competitor because that was just my reality.

  @hkimia @Bell It is unfortunate because if I cancel my contract (that has expired) I can get the phones for cheaper. I like @bell but I’m not willing to be insulted by them and pay almost twice as much as their competition.

  @Bell_Support 5G in the Gordon Head area of Victoria BC for the past few days is almost unusable. When working, latency is very high and speeds are very slow. Had to drive to a different area just to send this.

  Extremely competent staff: immediately freed my data block and now financing me an iPad Pro at discount from SRP. Bravo @Bell_Support. However we aren’t done with contract scam of slowing the data down when it hits a limit, on an “unlimited” plan

I recently switched to @Bell and I have never had worse wireless coverage in my life. Major metropolitan cities with next to no service.   @buckburgess My mom was trying to cancel our service and she had to call them I kid you not 9 times. One time they put her on hold just for the automated message to come in about 20-30 mins later saying they’re closed and to call back. She was hung up on, berated etc. **** you @Bell

  @nath_beauregard @Bell Even Rogers will screw you the same way as Bell does! Real problem is the powerful people in this country but they brought in a lot of immigrants to blame for anything wrong in this country!

  @Bell @Bell_Support my router cant connect to your services, it also keeps listing [router name] 2 as a network with connection but to wont let me connect to that. after failing to connect it flashes a pink light and attempts again

  @ctvottawa Can you look into phone and internet outage in #Franktown area of #BeckwithTownship after a copper theft last Wednesday at 4:30pm and @Bell_Support keeps missing its own repair targets (Friday 10pm, Monday 10pm, Tuesday 8am) - there's no end in sight. #Bell
