    Imagine calling @Bell about re-upping the contracts for my two phones and they offered me less than a new customer would get and almost twice as much as a competitor because that was just my reality.

    @hkimia @Bell It is unfortunate because if I cancel my contract (that has expired) I can get the phones for cheaper. I like @bell but I’m not willing to be insulted by them and pay almost twice as much as their competition.

    @Bell_Support we've been Bell customers for over 35 years and are treated like this! There are other choices, perhaps more costly but its come to a need for reliability - cost is not an issue. Complete disrespect of your customer.

    @Bell @Bell_Support gotta tell you FIVE STARS!!!! for bad service. Since getting your Fibe installed I have consistently had absolutely horrible service. Bad equipment, more hours of lost network time, failed PVR recordings. Well done. #bellsucks #bellfibe #bell

    This close to cancelling all my @Bell services after upgrading plan. Lied about rate for extra lines, $10 more per line that what agent said. didn’t say a change could be avoided by waiting an extra 2 days to change plan, charged all data from old play as overage…. WTF Bell

    @Bell_Support Bell is the most unreliable internet source. If you have a remote position that relies on internet connection, don’t bother having Bell services. My internet has been out on and off for days and they can’t fix it

    @Bell Updated 3 weeks ago, since then cables fell from house and pole twice and service cuts out daily, all for $15.00 more a month.

    @Bell_Support I don’t have account num. technician came to my house. I didn’t like his service because non of my devices worked beside my cell phone. . I called The office to cancel the same day. They sent me a return label 333832606540 purolator tracking num, 284389893 bill num
