@Bell @Bell_Support 1. We just wait. Apparently some folks in the area are marked as getting a change in service. The address they gave me? An abandoned farm across the road. They couldn’t say what the change was so I could ultimately be waiting just for the farm to be activated again.

@Sonic_counselor @Bell @LaurieScottPC Not sure where you are located but we’re in the same boat. Had no internet for the day when Bells hardware failed to update needing faster speeds. Got told I could spend 8k a month for better service otherwise I’m at the mercy of Bell. It’s sad how rural Canadians are treated.

@Bell @Bell_Support Option 2 was that we buy ANOTHER internet line to come to the house. That way we could pay close to $200 a month just for 5mbsp speeds - but that still doesn’t solve the speed, inconsistency or reliability issues It just means the internet in the house is divided between devices

Today I had to work tethering off my phone because @Bell pushed an update to their modem. The internet is so bad in Bolsover along the Trent Severn - Bell’s own hardware couldn’t support it. When I asked what could be down I was given 3 options from @Bell_Support.

@Bell Your corporate customer care agent said it was ok Question, if I have a copy of a service agreement with no signatures of mine, technically that means, one could argue that it’s not seen as illegal although they have multiple choice terms and conditions, there’s a choice?

@Bell_Support Is Bell the only one who has experienced internet outages? the other internet providers work fine and Bell is the most expensive service.

@Bell_Support when will the issue be resolved with the Ottawa tower. Been going on for weeks now. Tech LVL 1 says no timeline for a fix - won't comment on cause. @CRTCeng @CCTS_CPRST Emergency calls only, issues with texting and severely throttled data speeds...no access to 5G

@Bell_Support hoping you can help. I have an appointment today to have my internet reinstalled from the electrical pole to my house here in Pembroke. It was ripped out with Thursday nights winds. Is Bell doing exterior work in this cold? I need my internet fixed. Thank you.

@Bell_Support @corygraff Come on bell if it’s an issue due to adverse weather why would you need to inspect a modem that’s inside the house? Why do you suggest “virtual repair tool” will fix a known issue due to “severe weather” condition? I’m baffled!
