@Bell @Bell_Support 1. We just wait. Apparently some folks in the area are marked as getting a change in service. The address they gave me? An abandoned farm across the road. They couldn’t say what the change was so I could ultimately be waiting just for the farm to be activated again.

Today I had to work tethering off my phone because @Bell pushed an update to their modem. The internet is so bad in Bolsover along the Trent Severn - Bell’s own hardware couldn’t support it. When I asked what could be down I was given 3 options from @Bell_Support.

@Sonic_counselor @Bell @LaurieScottPC Not sure where you are located but we’re in the same boat. Had no internet for the day when Bells hardware failed to update needing faster speeds. Got told I could spend 8k a month for better service otherwise I’m at the mercy of Bell. It’s sad how rural Canadians are treated.

@Bell @Bell_Support Option 2 was that we buy ANOTHER internet line to come to the house. That way we could pay close to $200 a month just for 5mbsp speeds - but that still doesn’t solve the speed, inconsistency or reliability issues It just means the internet in the house is divided between devices

@Bell could I get some help?? My phone was hacked and the people got into my banking and cleaned my accounts out. All I'm asking for is a replacement phone for the one that I had issues with, but your customer services don't seem to want to help me unless I pay off a $800

@TekSavvyBuzz @Bell Getting a wage subsidy when all of their employees are laid off should not be possible. They only paid store managers during first lockdown. They would be dumb to not collect it if it was available. Problem is them being able to access it. Whose to blame? #Trudeau

@TekSavvyBuzz @Bell It's called Corporate Welfare, it's there for them from the Canadian Government and paid by the Canadian taxpayers. Bell did nothing wrong because the money was there for Bell to take without any problems at all.

@5yrsL8r @Bell Yup, high quality service is no good if it’s out of reach for Canadians $$$. More competition for satellite internet services will hopefully lead to lower prices and better service in the long run.

K so if you're following my ongoing @Bell saga: In trying to fix their last mistake they -asked my fiancé to authorize a credit check on me -signed me up for plans I didn't agree to - ported a phone number before we got the phone, leaving one of us phone-less.
