@Bell Please call any internet provider in the USA @ATT or @GetSpectrum are good places to start. They provide reliable wifi service. You don’t have to buy extra equipment like Pods to make it work.

Anyone else having extreme connectivity issues their @Bell_Support gigahub? I switched from a HH4000 and on firmware 1.14.1 and I’m dropping every few minutes. Reboots, resets, do nothing. Wifi is very slow and devices sometimes can’t find it.

@artisteashlei @Bell_Support During lockdown they sent technicians to fix our internet. None with masks until we asked and even then we had to turn away a couple who refused. Looks like they haven’t learned

@artisteashlei @Bell_Support This should be a given for anyone providing service in a private dwelling. Not acceptable that we must request (and awkward).
