    @Bell @Bell_Support 1. We just wait. Apparently some folks in the area are marked as getting a change in service. The address they gave me? An abandoned farm across the road. They couldn’t say what the change was so I could ultimately be waiting just for the farm to be activated again.

    Today I had to work tethering off my phone because @Bell pushed an update to their modem. The internet is so bad in Bolsover along the Trent Severn - Bell’s own hardware couldn’t support it. When I asked what could be down I was given 3 options from @Bell_Support.

    Hello @Bell - I suspect my modem isn’t working - call drops ... start again ... 10,000 questions and monkey moves ... it’s a MAC issue - No - I can connect to my neighbours wifi .... 2 hours running up and down the stairs from laptop to modem later ... oh you need a new modem

    @Bell @Bell_Support very frustrated with customer service and was even hung up on! All I want to do is speak to a manager or a supervisor who will actually help me! Never felt this way with bell since being a long time customer 😫

    @Bell_Support Just DMed Bell Support. They literally have no ETA right now. Don’t think it’ll be Wednesday 10pm... this is complete bullshit. I have midterms this week as a Uni student and everyone is working from home. Bell what the absolute ****.

    So, if you want to make changes to your internet service, @Bell will take away any bundle credits you have for multiple services. You suck #Bell. Punish your customers.
