How a communication company can't manage phone calls..... or train/supervise their employee. Ask for a supervisor, 50% they say they don't have 1, 20% i can't transfer due to covid , 20% will hung up...

Your SNR Service is horrendous and so is your Customer Service if you can even call it that. Next call is to my Lawyer #NeverUseBell
