The internet is so bad in Bolsover along the Trent Severn - Bell’s own hardware couldn’t support it. When I asked what could be down I was given 3 options from @Bell_Support.

That way we could pay close to $200 a month just for 5mbsp speeds - but that still doesn’t solve the speed, inconsistency or reliability issues It just means the internet in the house is divided between devices

The address they gave me? An abandoned farm across the road. They couldn’t say what the change was so I could ultimately be waiting just for the farm to be activated again.

Had no internet for the day when Bells hardware failed to update needing faster speeds. Got told I could spend 8k a month for better service otherwise I’m at the mercy of Bell. It’s sad how rural Canadians are treated.

They have to reschedule due to being too late in the day after literally 3 hours of back in forth on the phone. Conclusion: cancel @bell even b4 it started

After waiting & being let down twice eventually put cable in on 17th but didn’t bring any more equipment. Promised to be out today to complete job for tv and internet. Theres some old landline homes that have no service in the area, and no way to alert you as they are older citizens. If you could send someone to check the area lines, would be 🥳
