    @Bell How are you going to help me if you reject my calls? You have charged me for equipment I returned via Purolator and they confirmed they returned to you. After a week of your robot denying to transfer me to an agent I want to cancel all my services. Maybe I should ask my bank

    @michaelcoren @Bell Yes.... apparently it's a Bell Issue that they are working on. This is from Tech Support. "Thanks for reaching out. This is a known issue affecting some Sympatico email users, and our teams are actively working to resolve it. The estimated resolution time is 10 PM tonight."

    @Bell Btw @Bell I was quoted $600 in person if this isn't resolved in a manner I find appropriate I will never do business with your company again and I'll be expecting a full refund on my new phone when I return it. Thieves and liars

    @DemorestKe48215 @Reil76 @Bell 90% of the time its the modem going bad, usually they only last 2-3 years. Threaten to move to another company unless they replace that modem and discount your service.
