    @Bell first try running your business properly and not with crappy customer service? I gave you a second chance after your mess up 10 years ago and you left off where that started. Waited on appt that the tech no showed and didn't call, and your AI , virtual asst is brutal waste time

    @Bell 2/2 ....she bought a variety pack of Quest bars. There were 4 peanut bars which she cannot eat without dying. 3 bars remaining now. Only Bell techs were here. One of them took it. What else is missing that we don't know? Symptomatic of a bigger problem... Respond pls.

    @ryangerritsen @Bell They are all evil. It's just a matter of who is the least evil at any given moment. Playing the switch over game only feels good for a minute and then I'm angry at the new service in a short time. We have no real choices in this country because our market is too small.

    @Bell I have been through 3 customer service agents for a bill you sent me for a home phone account you failed to properly cancel a year ago, I have wasted time with three callers who will not help me reconcile this and demand information about the account that no longer exists.

    @ryangerritsen @Bell Nobody needs Bell, stop complaining. They are well-known for their contractual shenanigans. Starlink base plan is $7/month for "suspend" mode and the receiver fits in a backpack. You don't even need to use Rogers or Telus/Virgin/etc on Bell's network.
