Bell Canada Issues Reports Near Cochrane, Alberta

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Cochrane and nearby locations:

  • KSphotobug Kelz (@KSphotobug) reported from Calgary, Alberta

@Bell_Support So apparently Bell calls it Advanced Messaging. But only picks certain phones to allow to have it. Funny Bell call themselves the best mobile network in Canada & then chooses who to provide features to. Perhaps it will be time to switch in Feb when my contract is up.

  • WerdEmUp TV's Dr. Ew {blue check mark} (@WerdEmUp) reported from Calgary, Alberta

@CharlieAngusNDP @Bell_Support Hi, data costs less than pennies a month above what limited service costs. In many cases it actually costs them more to limit the data rather than make it unlimited. Wired and cellular. Needs Regulation. The public deserves protection from these extremely profitable companies.

  • boozereviewsca Booze Reviews (@boozereviewsca) reported from Calgary, Alberta

@twittem @Bell Yeah.. As much as Im waiting till June 20th... Im probably not going to Rogers. They screwed me over years ago. Never looked back from dropping their awful service

  • TommyChong840 Commie Tommy Chong (@TommyChong840) reported from Calgary, Alberta

@boozychef @scottdellinger @_LaineyBoggs_ @TELUSsupport @Bell I have a Rogers small biz plan. I thought I was going to cancel it but they've really stepped up their game so I actually signed a contract.

  • MichelletypoQ Dr. MichelleTypoQueen (@MichelletypoQ) reported from Calgary, Alberta

Hey @TELUS @Bell ... how bout you pull out your agreement with Huawei.. the one you lobbied the Harper government for and got. Take some accountability for this damn mess!

  • ChrisMo96328267 OilersWintheCup (@ChrisMo96328267) reported from Calgary, Alberta

@MikeCous1neau @CoachBombayy @Bell I've never had a problem with Freedom, been with them for 10 years, when they were Wind Mobile then changed to Freedom

  • Trevorglove Trevor Fedan (@Trevorglove) reported from Calgary, Alberta

@Bell_Support you never address my situation

  • newsmanbluesman Reg Curren (@newsmanbluesman) reported from Calgary, Alberta

And #telecommunications companies wonder why they have a reputation issue...do better @Bell

  • DrAlbino Elisabeth Stenger (@DrAlbino) reported from Calgary, Alberta

@Bell @Bell_Support so incredibly frustrated by getting disconnected for a fourth time trying to resolve a mistake on my bill. After 16 years with you as a cell provider I am being treated like garbage. No customer service, treated rudely by one agent and not close to a solution.

  • ChrisMo96328267 OilersWintheCup (@ChrisMo96328267) reported from Calgary, Alberta

@CoachBombayy @Bell Back when they were Wind, the service was not good but since they got more towers and don't have to piggyback on other carriers,it's a lot better. You can get full service in most of Canada, also roaming is free on some plans

  • Stormsoulz Stormer81 (@Stormsoulz) reported from Calgary, Alberta

@Bell_Support Bell phone line Customer Service: "Let me put you on hold for a minute while I investigate this"...... 10+ minutes later N O T H I N G 🤬🤬🤬🤬. Awful service

  • Skycaptin5 Jason Stettner (@Skycaptin5) reported from Calgary, Alberta

Looks like we’re set to leave @Bell as their phone support has been awful and they offer us the same pricing as those getting a plan for the first time despite decades with ‘em, great company! Am excited to get Unlimited now though

  • Making8 Adam J. Humphreys (@Making8) reported from Calgary, Alberta

@JayBeeGooner @TELUS Yep, 100 down difference max which is pathetic. @Bell says they won’t charge a premium until March 31st. If it’s not GBps it’s not really true 5G.

  • frederickshauna Shauna Frederick (@frederickshauna) reported from Calgary, Alberta

@Xplornet please help me understand how the cost of our internet service in @RockyViewCounty has increased 30% in 2 years. The speed/service certainly hasn’t changed. I can get faster service tethering off my cell with @Bell #ruralinternet

  • TommyChong840 Commie Tommy Chong (@TommyChong840) reported from Calgary, Alberta

@boozychef @scottdellinger @_LaineyBoggs_ @TELUSsupport @Bell There are some trade-offs like paying a fee for all changes and many human interactions with them. If you can get by with just self-service and don't make many changes it's probably fine.

  • TommyChong840 Commie Tommy Chong (@TommyChong840) reported from Calgary, Alberta

@boozychef @scottdellinger @_LaineyBoggs_ @TELUSsupport @Bell More like $10 for this 25 for that and 75 for this other thing. They can really soak you on the one-time fees. If you never need to make changes or get help from a person it can be a lot less than the big 3.

  • brandibelliveau Brandi (@brandibelliveau) reported from Calgary, Alberta

6 months of dealing with a @bell billing issue & I get 2 useless agents in 1 day. 1st one tells me to go to a Bell store to have them fix it. 2nd one tells me I have to phone every month to have a fee reversed that I shouldn’t be paying.... for the next 21 months 🤬

  • scoot174 scoot174 (@scoot174) reported from Calgary, Alberta

    @Bell BELL SUCKS

  • mydomingo Domingo Lumanog (@mydomingo) reported from Calgary, Alberta

@Bell just had to wait for 45 minutes so this guy can tell me that I'd have to pay more. #wow #service

  • ericskilling Eric 🍕🌞🎉 (@ericskilling) reported from Calgary, Alberta

@masonhastie @Bell I’ve never dealt with @bell as they really overcharged R’s cell phone bill when she had a feature phone. One more reason to never use them.

Bell Canada Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • Fini17 Fini17 (@Fini17) reported

@Bell_Support What's the deal with this outage? Been down since 3AM. Lost time for work and been zero updates on when it will be restored. Compensation should be given for this nonsense.

  • mrbrooks7676 Mr brooks (@mrbrooks7676) reported

@real_vauxhaul @Bell_Support Doesn't seem to matter who we get. It's cold out and we have technical problems. Maybe a booster will fix the problem?

  • SensOfficeRalph SensOfficeRalph (@SensOfficeRalph) reported

@Bell_Support Still out need to get online for work this is not good service

  • SmitscoScott Scott Smith (@SmitscoScott) reported

.@Bell_Support only one day into 2 year contract and already having issues with Bell service. Not a great start. Wasn't told I wouldn't have access to change equipment default settings for a week. Don't want to switch my smart devices to new wifi, as I can't change admin password

  • nosupermario Mario (@nosupermario) reported

@Bell_Support Hi, any updates on this outage in the Villeray area in Montreal? It's been more than 14 hours.

  • LuxflexCo LuxFlex Co (@LuxflexCo) reported

@Bell Your corporate customer care agent said it was ok Question, if I have a copy of a service agreement with no signatures of mine, technically that means, one could argue that it’s not seen as illegal although they have multiple choice terms and conditions, there’s a choice?

  • 27Baileys Vero (@27Baileys) reported

@Bell_Support is there any news on when our services will be restored? Can we at least know what is the issue? The repair tool now says there is an outage in my area but your website say there isn’t. My Fibe internet and tv have been down since before 8am.

  • robinhoodwallet angryBird (@robinhoodwallet) reported

@Bell_Support @Bell_Support , provide link to the outage map. Why there is no turn around on this? Be transparent, I’m using hotspot. Don’t tell me to DM and it doesn’t look like “some customers” What are you hiding under the sheet? Did you get hacked? #toronto #internet #bell

  • mrlecuyer1962 Michael L'Ecuyer (@mrlecuyer1962) reported

@Bell_Support So what’s the eta on restoring service

  • mrbrooks7676 Mr brooks (@mrbrooks7676) reported

@Bell_Support You realize we live in Canada right bell? Our winter was much colder last winter and not 1 outage. How can the weather be affecting service on our first cold day?
