@Bell I love the fact you guys throttle my internet after 100 gb of data. I might actually cancel my service after 1 month. And having 1gbps upload and 8mgps download is ridiculous

  • kh41ne Charles Roeper (@kh41ne) reported from Belleville, Ontario

@Majiczenith @VMediaTV @Bell They’ve been extending their fibre network so hopefully not too much longer.

@Bell_Support My account no.: 244852528 in name of Preet Arjun Singh Had severe problem with my Bell Internet connection for months. Still Not very good. The highly esteemed organization should have considered by itself to compensate for the damages it caused me

  • wtf_shawn Shawn Simon ☕️🐶 (@wtf_shawn) reported

@Bell_Support the fact that you just auto reset a modem when someone calls for tech support has to be the most toxic thing an ISP has done to me and I’ve had Comcast as a provider.

  • NickLewis88 Chronick at war (@NickLewis88) reported

@Bell_Support wtf is up with the internet in Kitchener? It's been cutting out for like the last 5 or 6 hours sometimes every 5 or so minutes.

  • devohockey Devin Smith (@devohockey) reported

@Bell_Support And I want that update right now. I also want some sort of solution today. Hotspot remote something. I have no wifi. No tv. Nothing for a week!!!!!!!!

  • JesseBlade13 Jesse Blade (@JesseBlade13) reported

    @Bell You need to recycle your piece of **** c e o

  • indiglows indigo 🌙 (@indiglows) reported

@Bell_Support do you guys have a live chat option? I have some questions about potentially switching my service

  • BobLorenz2 Big Brother (@BobLorenz2) reported

@Bell As there doesn't seem to be a community forum, I'll ask here. Why is the mobility network default set to show "Private Number" instead of my own number? I have to go in and check "Always" under "Show your caller ID".

  • andrewkelly Andrew Kelly (@andrewkelly) reported

@CRTCeng @Bell Services. There’s no one who can stop these corporations from screwing everyone over. I’m just fed up with all of it and unfortunately there’s no path to make anything better. @elonmusk I hope you bury Bell with Starlink and leave them begging for your help one day.

  • dandoozled dan (@dandoozled) reported

Where’s the value to me as a consumer to be loyal, when you offers are insulting at best and straight pathetic at worst. @Bell has the best price (for me) but @TELUS has that nifty call screening feature. Telus also gives me a proper 30% EPP.

  • devohockey Devin Smith (@devohockey) reported

@Bell_Support So you don’t ever call anyone? You don’t have a person who actually calls but you are a phone company? You just send the same damn message every time. Sorry for the inconvenience. But there is no solution. No timeline. No info.
