    @Bell They're customer service is so bad. Last time I was with bell I was on hold for 2 hours only to be hung up on because I couldn't understand who I was talking to because his accent was so thick and he got offended when I asked him to speak slower and annunciate his words.

    @Bell_Support outage in Oakville L6M0C4…. Modem is giving me error of incorrect username and password! Virtual assistant tool didn’t work… on hold on bell support for last 30 minutes! So frustrating!!

    @Bell_Support it’s difficult to talk to someone from a communication company. I cancelled my service in August. Not sure why I have a $500+ bill. I don’t even have Bell equipment .
