    So finally convinced @Bell_Support that my unreliable DSL connection makes me eligible for wireless (they are limiting it for performance) and they cancel my DSL same day... but the wireless install is for NEXT WEEK.

    @Bell I love the fact you guys throttle my internet after 100 gb of data. I might actually cancel my service after 1 month. And having 1gbps upload and 8mgps download is ridiculous

    @Bell_Support Bell: we don’t know why there is such intense competition in Québec with videotron Also Bell: we don’t know why your internet is down for the 6th time this year and we will do nothing to investigate this clearly odd occurrence that is constantly making us to replace your modem

    @Bell_Support What the hell would that do? Your solution is to drive to a bell store for the second time this year, replace my modem for the 3rd time this year, and not have internet for the 6th 24 hour period this year. There is nothing YOU can do. Clearly. Your service is pathetic.

    Have to drive to a @Bell_Support store to replace our modem for the 3rd time in the last 12 months. Our internet service has gone down for over 24 hours a total of 6 times in the last 12 months. Moral of the story: don’t choose Bell.

    Hey @Bell_Support pls get ur act together bc my internet is down, I have no way to access my class notes, quizzes and there's no one to help me to fix this bc if I want 24/7 help I gotta pay $5.95 a month which I can not afford. So again please get your act together

    @maggierozee @Shawhelp Go to @bell they value their customers a lot more. Excellent service at bell. I was a loyal Shaw cust for 20 years and they charged me premium prices for slow internet for a decade. Ripped off. I pay premium for dial up speed and now they are ignoring me. Biz and personal.
