@Bell I love the fact you guys throttle my internet after 100 gb of data. I might actually cancel my service after 1 month. And having 1gbps upload and 8mgps download is ridiculous

  • NWestoll
Nick Westoll (@NWestoll) reported from Prince Edward County, Ontario

@Bell_Support Have there been issues with service in Prince Edward County? The past couple of weeks there has been a real drop off in service availability and with home internet out this way.

  • mhp
Mark H Pavlidis (@mhp) reported from Prince Edward County, Ontario

@agregc @realJ_Mitchell @Bell_Support The worst part is that this is for 25/1MB service (the minimum “basic necessity” speeds) and it is traffic shaped, video calls have 4-5 second lag. I paid 1/2 monthly for gigabit to the closet in the city. When i asked to pay to run the 600m of fibre to the home i got a hard NO

Yet another day where Bell Internet access is down. @Bell_Support perhaps not bricking modems with firmware updates

Well @Bell_Support looks like my internet is down - that’s it for the day I guess

  • mhp
Mark H Pavlidis (@mhp) reported from Prince Edward County, Ontario

Seeing that @Bell_Support had an expired eSIM QR code a few months ago and it was an hour in store to get it set up, I have $10 on this isn’t supported by the carrier problem will occur

  • kh41ne
Charles Roeper (@kh41ne) reported from Belleville, Ontario

@Majiczenith @VMediaTV @Bell Any time service goes down they are quick to repair/replace what they need.

  • mhp
Mark H Pavlidis (@mhp) reported from Prince Edward County, Ontario

So finally convinced @Bell_Support that my unreliable DSL connection makes me eligible for wireless (they are limiting it for performance) and they cancel my DSL same day... but the wireless install is for NEXT WEEK.

  • mhp
Mark H Pavlidis (@mhp) reported from Prince Edward County, Ontario

@agregc @realJ_Mitchell @Bell_Support Something stupid like $4/GB but to a max of $100 that i hit every month

  • kh41ne
Charles Roeper (@kh41ne) reported from Belleville, Ontario

@Majiczenith @VMediaTV @Bell They’ve been extending their fibre network so hopefully not too much longer.

  • eboltz16
Erin Bolton (@eboltz16) reported from Prince Edward County, Ontario

@Bell_Support seems like both my personal and work phone have no service here in picton. Is this an outage?

@northyorkcondo @ryangerritsen @Bell Not planning on going anywhere either I'd be stupid to. It's also like being trapped somewhat now too though. I wanted to move out of the city once my daughter graduated public school (next year). I'd be paying the same or more for a lot less though. Like my place. Feel stuck tho

  • HRHDeets
    Carter Ferda (@HRHDeets) reported

@bell When will you stop your impersonators from calling me 10 times a week to update my modem when I'm not a Bell internet customer? I ran out of block numbers on landline. #belltakeaction

  • linkies4life
    Linkies4life (@linkies4life) reported

@stunlokked @Bell Wait for a scamming (you know the demographic) door to door salesman. He will tell you about a new customer promo. You tell him you already have service. He tells you to pretend you're moving out of the country and close the acct. Sign up with another member of the house.

  • stevecarty

@Bell_Support internet has been down for me in Parkdale/downtown Toronto for the entire afternoon. Who do I call? What do I do? Reset router twice

  • redbull_ryan
    Nagzilla (@redbull_ryan) reported

@PremierScottMoe @Bell canada is a garbage quebec company that nobody but the east uses... why ******** does Saskatchewan need a Bell AI infrastructure building?!?! For what already??? Who is this benefiting @PremierScottMoe ? Other than yourself and your corrupt friends? What's the jobs for?

  • kpvsmom
    🐭Kottage Fox Schwurbler Z28.310 (@kpvsmom) reported

@ryangerritsen @Bell Hey Ryan. My son did a crap ton of research & signed up for oxio. I have done it as well. Huge savings. See if available in your area.

  • My_Point0f_View
    Crazy_Canuck (@My_Point0f_View) reported

@ryangerritsen @Bell Me too! $6/month and it was supposed to be a fixed rate for life. That agreement was just last year and as a result I will have to call customer service and wait on the phone for possibly hours to get it corrected.

  • ryangerritsen
    Ryan Gerritsen🇨🇦🇳🇱 (@ryangerritsen) reported

Just noticed I got yet another increase on my @Bell internet bill. It’s endless. Having almost zero competition in this Country is contributing to Canadians affordability crisis. It gets tiring constantly playing the switch to Roger’s for a better price as a new customer then back to Bell as a new customer and on and on.

  • GDR_Trading
    Al S (@GDR_Trading) reported

@ryangerritsen @Bell Freedom Mobile is setting the standard, Everyone I know is renegotiating, or leaving. If you threaten to leave, they will drop your rates. Just talked to 3 people today, who got better deals. It's like redoing mortgages, never sign the offer the bank makes

  • Mel41177
    AC (@Mel41177) reported

@Sunshineways66 @ryangerritsen @Bell So I have bell ($110/month) at my home and starlink at the cottage. Just signed up at cottage with EBox for 500 meg speed for $45, bell internet price was $75 for both 500M and 1.5G. Called Bell for home and asked for a better deal and they would only go down to $90. I said my next call will be to cancel .
