Mark H Pavlidis (@mhp) reported from Prince Edward County, Ontario@agregc @realJ_Mitchell @Bell_Support The worst part is that this is for 25/1MB service (the minimum “basic necessity” speeds) and it is traffic shaped, video calls have 4-5 second lag. -
Naren (@NarendraS16) reported@Bell I had a terrible experience with billing support team. Even after cancelling the service and returning the modem , I’m still being charged. Please look into this. Need your help.
-
Ginge (@gingeridoronald) reported@Bell your wires fell and are dangling at a precarious height and place(my neighbours house where his daughters playhouse is, and my yard). Your customer service hung up on me immediately because I am not a customer, but these are your wires to your products. What gives? #bell

Shiraz (@HenryEd13) reported@Bell Thank you for the reply. While I understand that operating costs change, increasing rates while automation and AI are simultaneously driving down operational and support costs for your company feels like passing the burden onto customers rather than sharing any efficiency gains. True brand loyalty goes both ways, it means rewarding long-standing clients, not continuously raising their bills. If my rate cannot remain competitive, I will need to explore better-valued options elsewhere.
-
Radha ☮️ (@lemon_meringues) reported@Carol_Foote @Rogers @Bell I left too. Terrible service. I had everything with them, including cell phone. Then there was no service for over a day (repairs). Was in a panic because everything was down. Couldn’t get in touch with my daughter in the US.

How do I contact you?
-
Shiraz (@HenryEd13) reported@Bell Bell, can you explain whether this $6 increase is legally permitted under the terms of our service agreements? Many of us signed up based on a specific monthly price. Instead of raising rates, Bell should be rewarding loyal customers. I encourage Bell to reconsider this increase and provide existing customers with the option to keep their current rate.

Axel (@axelsimonise) reported4: called to cancel @VirginPlus , they offered me @Bell loyalty program, and another scheduled appointment. And yet even after switching to the main and guaranteeing a full install and everything done , NOPE , still nothing
