    @SaraKhorshid @Bell @BellSupport Rudeness or arrogance by customer service people is one of my red lines, you step over the line you will be blasted an additionally I will ask to speak to their manager. My take is, I will always be polite but in return I expect politeness, otherwise....

    @Bell Another case of a telecom company overcharging and not delivering ! I pay for 300mbps up and down and don’t get 100mbps time to look for another provider.

    @bell_support - land land went down at 87 y/o mothers house. She has a heart condition and it is her only connection to medical care. Called 4 days ago and @bell said the only option is to transfer to bell voip, which is not an option for mom. Why is @bell putting seniors at risk
