  Called Bell again and they say they’ll “escalate it” and “maybe” have it fixed later today. No guarantee, no urgency. Their casual response while our patients wait is incredibly frustrating. This keeps happening. When your internet provider disrupts a medical clinic, it directly harms real people who need care today.   @Bell @ahmedthemohsin Are you having call centre issues? I have called the preferred service line and the regular line and your AI triage it’s not doing anything and says to call later. How is it that you do not have a support backup? Start respecting clients time!

  @Bell I had a terrible experience with billing support team. Even after cancelling the service and returning the modem , I’m still being charged. Please look into this. Need your help.

  @Bell If I DM what do you expect me to share with you? Why not fix your dang virtual assistant that no matter what I select it says that your systems have an error and cannot put callers through an agent. Are you paying agents to do nothing? Do you just have the virtual assistant?

  @Bell has to be the worst company out there, you do an upgrade online, but then decide to cancel because you can get the product in store.. now you’re saying it’s going to take a week for the upgrade to cancel?! Then having the rudest case manager out there

  @z_haus @Bell I have AI call answer. Never deal with spam calls as a result. Freedom wireless is where it is at if you want to save money, (as long as you live in a region with it) Rogers uses 3rd party call centers in India and other nations as well. While charging you premium prices.
