Cogeco sent a service technician here twice, a new modem & WiFi pods were installed & still the issues were not solved. So, almost 2 weeks ago, I switched to @Bell for my Internet service & purchased their fastest WiFi speed package with a new modem & WiFiPods.

@Bell_Support not happy with your Wireless Complaint resolution team. Managers claim to have solved the problem, problem remains unresolved. Another manager claims they fixed the problem, still unresolved weeks later. Get your act together, have someone competent contact me ASAP!
