    Not happy with @Bell right now. Internet was supposed to be installed LAST Tuesday. Called today and was only notified AFTER CALLING that a contractor would come JULY 24th. Almost a month without service, and I only got an install date after my 3rd call. Seriously...?

    It took me over 40 (yes, forty) minutes on the phone to cancel my @bell internet. I lost count after refusing 12 predatory, aggressive sales pitches and retention efforts. Would love to see @CRTCeng levy sanctions on them for their numerous unethical practices.

    @Bell_Support all I wanted to do was add voice to mail to my business phone and you’ve now taken my main phone line down for over 24 hours to do so. How is this a thing?! Support isn’t even sure. No business phone line for over a day because we added voicemail. Unreliable servicd

    @Bell your executive relations office missed our scheduled apt to resolve a year of ongoing issues and is now mot answering phone or email. Don’t tell me to email that link again. It’s just another dead end in a never ending maze of dead ends. This is now small claims court issue

    @bell_support - my text messages are delayed in sending by a couple of minutes. When they DO send, the receiver is getting the same text at least twice on their end. I have seen others tweet about the same issue - are there any steps I need to take or is this a network problem?
