    Still no internet after two weeks of trying. @Bell sucks! Trying another provider now. Let's see whether I can come out of the dark ages soon.

    It took me over 40 (yes, forty) minutes on the phone to cancel my @bell internet. I lost count after refusing 12 predatory, aggressive sales pitches and retention efforts. Would love to see @CRTCeng levy sanctions on them for their numerous unethical practices.

    Not happy with @Bell right now. Internet was supposed to be installed LAST Tuesday. Called today and was only notified AFTER CALLING that a contractor would come JULY 24th. Almost a month without service, and I only got an install date after my 3rd call. Seriously...?

    Elderly person; phone stops working when it's wet out.. AKA wiring is bad. Calls bell three or four times. Each time, problem is "fixed". Elderly person now ~36 hours with no phone. Service for "5-9pm" didn't show. QUALITY! @bell @Bell_Support

    @Bell Yet my mom was charged for using 48 additional minutes on a plan that should have given her 100 minutes and not the 10 @Bell left her with after increasing the price…while her @Bell landline was down.

    I call @Bell and they offer $15 credit toward a bill double that when she was paying for a plan that should have given her 10x more minutes. Way to take advantage of a elderly woman during a very scary time for her @Bell The optics are bad @Bell just not okay!
