    @Bell_Support I had new lines installed into my house due to construction with the hope that my rural internet service would improve. It still sucks. Last time my service was this piss poor, the lineman repaired line connections on the highway. Why do I pay at all?

    2/3* to go through so I won't even know when my new phone gets here cause the delivery person can't get hold of me. My stuff is always paid on time. There's no reason I shouldn't have service for 3 days & customer service "can do nothing" @Bell_Support -

    Rant😭1/3* I dropped my phone & had to get it replaced. I'm waiting for this new one to come in. It should be here within 1-3 days. The problem now is @Bell added the fee to my current bill which caused my service to be cut out. My bill was paid but this will also take 2-3 days
