    @Bell_Support I know about that but you will just have to suck it up. I have complained a number of times. 5mpbs a mile from Creemore is poor. Your answer “sorry we can do no better” well I think you can...

    @Bell We are three weeks in and still no phone service at our office. The company that lays claim to the invention of the telephone can’t make it work. Now they are threatening a $500 cancellation penalty for a service they did not and could not deliver. Call us at 905-52G-ALLO?

    @Reil76 @Bell They are the worst. Had issues with my fibre receiver always going out and needing to reboot. Called tech and their response was, well it’s working now so what’s the problem. Escalated and gave 20+ dates/ times of issue and they finally sent new receiver.

    @Reil76 @Bell Bell sent me to collections for failing to return equipment during Covid, when stores wouldn't accept it and they didn't send labels to mail it back. Everything about Bell sucks, and their fees are outrageous. Good luck!

    @Bell has some of the most disgusting customer service in the business. They do nothing to actually work with you, even long term customers are treated like absolute dog ****. Maybe it's time to look into @Rogers.
