@Bell Throttling isn’t unlimited given that 256kbps is practically useless. How many do you see coming to you when they purchase service saying no, no, I just need 256kbps...none! Bell stop the false marketing - especially to people who can barely afford your service to begin with.

@Bell_Support any updates on the outage in K0H 2N0 area? Lost phone and internet during the night. Placed ticket and got call back that it was a larger scale outage.

  • mike_collinge Michael Collinge (@mike_collinge) reported

@Bell_Support Are you able to explain why the technician last night could not diagnose the issue? I am a but confused as to why you force me to ask you this question on Twitter? You cannot make this situation up. Never in my life have I been treated, so...

  • adamwalker0314 Adam Walker (@adamwalker0314) reported

@Bell Why one is free, Bell on the other hand constantly raises their rates even on signed contracts. Delivers the shittiest hardware possible and has the worst call centre known to man.

  • DavidMcDPhotos David McDonald (@DavidMcDPhotos) reported

@Bell Why is is impossible to talk to 1 person about my whole account? Already talked to 8 people as they can only see home OR mobility. I'm so pissed I'm ready to cancel everything and accept @Rogers offer. Why make it so hard? Does retention matter?

  • quaccky87 Ducky87🇨🇦🇵🇰 (@quaccky87) reported

@Bell trying to get rid of our tv service as we don't use it... according to a rep, our bill will go UP $30 to get rid of a service. #bellhell

@Bell_Support Is there a way to find out the status of repairs? My power is out affecting my wifi in my home (which you cannot fix), but I have no internet from my mobile. There is mobile phone service, but no Internet. How do I find out the status?

  • DjaMon777 DjaMon💫 (@DjaMon777) reported

@Bell_Support Bell sent someone today (24 hrs after they were notified) and the tech said the repair was beyond his ability (or his desire to work) and that service will likely be restored by Monday. More than a dozen customers are affected and will go without service for about 100 hours!

  • xxjs17xx Jon Sammut (@xxjs17xx) reported

@Bell you just lost a customer to rogers because loyalty could not match an offer . I’ll be setup on rogers Sunday tsk tsk

  • kellyc333 K (@kellyc333) reported

@Bell_Support is there a bell outage in southern Alberta today? Having issues with text and email

  • DjaMon777 DjaMon💫 (@DjaMon777) reported

@Bell_Support A 3rd party contractor eff'd-up our condo's main cable box yesterday, leaving all Bell and Cogeco customers without service. Cogeco had THEIR techs here in 30 mins, and within 2 hrs service was restored. 1/2
