@Bell Throttling isn’t unlimited given that 256kbps is practically useless. How many do you see coming to you when they purchase service saying no, no, I just need 256kbps...none! Bell stop the false marketing - especially to people who can barely afford your service to begin with.

@Bell Bell is segregating people based on covid vaccination status. You have fired own employees based on inhumane covid policy. I will never buy any product signed by Bell.

@Bell_Support Any idea why after 2 phone calls and 2 billing periods you still can’t fix the problem of overcharging me? Please explain why I need to reach out via Twitter because your actual support channels are absolutely ineffective?

I can't believe I've been trying to upload a 36 second video for an hour and my @Bell_Support modem is so slow that I cannot send an email while trying to do this. I even got scammed into buying those pods to make the wifi better.

@Bell_Support My Bell Fibre was great until this last few weeks. Now very spotty! Not my wifi (direct to modem bad as well). Service up and down like a yoyo. Is this a Toronto Bell problem?
-
Greg (@GregoryVida) reported
@Bell I’ve never been so frustrated. I’ve talked to 5 people about others being able to access my account. No one can figure it out. This is a major privacy issue and you can’t fix it? Have a manager call me or I’ll call the CRTC

Dave Woodley (@TheW00dley) reported
@Bell_Support I will do as long as it doesn’t result in the suggestion I was provided twice before that I should own multiple cellphones in order to test the network for the company.

Hudson Mack 🇺🇦 (@HudsonHMack) reported
@Bell Fix your service in Saanich.

@Bell Major phone/internet outage in the Gilmour region as a result of the May 21 Derecho. Hydro has been restored for the most part, when will you get crews in to repair/replace your infrastructure?
