    @Bell Throttling isn’t unlimited given that 256kbps is practically useless. How many do you see coming to you when they purchase service saying no, no, I just need 256kbps...none! Bell stop the false marketing - especially to people who can barely afford your service to begin with.

    @RogersHelps Just switched to @RogersHelps home internet from @Bell a few months back and this is the second time it has gone out for more than 4 hours. This time it was 12 hours! What gives? Absolute garbage internet service!

    @ryangerritsen @Bell Me too! $6/month and it was supposed to be a fixed rate for life. That agreement was just last year and as a result I will have to call customer service and wait on the phone for possibly hours to get it corrected.

    @Bell I placed an order for internet service in Hamilton in November 2025. 3 months later and I am still waiting for connection. Today, I got text from you that your issue will be fixed in July 2026 ! Are you seriously that incompetent that you need 8 months to fix an issue?

    @Bell Our Giga Hub 3000 shows a red Internet light since Friday night. We replaced the modem as instructed and service is still down. Only our house is affected. This outage is unacceptable — please document it and apply a credit for the lost weekend.

    @Bell I’m a Fibe customer. I have the Fibe TV app on my smart TVs. don’t use my cable box. I called in to have it removed & was told that by removing the box my fee will go up. service stays same just getting rid of equipment that’s not reqd. I don’t understand the logic.

    @Bell_Support and @Bell I have placed a new wifi order and it's been 6 days and I am still waiting to get the modem. On your customer support they put for long hold (30min ) to just get an update. Is this how you welcome new customers ?
