    @Bell Throttling isn’t unlimited given that 256kbps is practically useless. How many do you see coming to you when they purchase service saying no, no, I just need 256kbps...none! Bell stop the false marketing - especially to people who can barely afford your service to begin with.

    @Diana_fierce1 @Bell Said I had a contract. I called head office in Toronto and showed them the recording so they cancelled “the contract” I can’t stress enough to record every convo. They lie and lie and lie and it’ll help you in the end

    @Diana_fierce1 @Bell Yes they make it difficult, I’ve been trying to return my equipment that they sent me a bill for 1300$(even though an employee said it’s $700) and I have to do it through purolator and I’m having the worst time. Going with Bell was the worst mistake I ever made

    Contacted @Bell_Support about the GARBAGE internet service! Got no help, reset everything and now cannot access my own account! Well under 3mbps and pay over $100 a month! 240 hours and counting to download a 25gb drive … hardwire or not would take 8-10 hours at 5mbps!
