    @Bell Throttling isn’t unlimited given that 256kbps is practically useless. How many do you see coming to you when they purchase service saying no, no, I just need 256kbps...none! Bell stop the false marketing - especially to people who can barely afford your service to begin with.

    @Bell_Support , It is very sad that , I have to wait for 3 days for a small Fibre fix. So poor intelligence to detect automatically and assign a technician for an uninterrupted customer service. Too costly but poor in customer service. Unfortunately weekend, @Bell can't fix 😪

    Really getting tired of a month worth off issues @Bell!!!!! No TV or no internet or no both. Working from home using a hotspot and can’t watch a show or sporting event without outages!!! Thanks for the no help!!!!!

    @PriyaSam @Bell No that doesn’t make sense. They didn’t cancel the #CTV news at 11pm. And you wouldn’t fire #LisaLaFlamme if you were making changes, but you would include her. Move her into another position. #FireMichaelMelling

    @Bell_Support @Bell_Support our internet went down and Bell CSR said there is an outside equipment issue. A technician can’t come until tomorrow from 5-9 pm which means we won’t have internet access for over 30 hours. We pay our bills on time, this is completely unacceptable.

    @Bell_News @Bell Corp responsibility? CTV/Bell needs to bring back Lisa LaFlamme and dump 19th century Melling. Everyone I know loves Lisa. Melling sounds like the worst of the old world. Stop censoring the topic and start reporting … shame on CTV and Bell Media for supporting Melling.
