@Bell Throttling isn’t unlimited given that 256kbps is practically useless. How many do you see coming to you when they purchase service saying no, no, I just need 256kbps...none! Bell stop the false marketing - especially to people who can barely afford your service to begin with.

@Bell_Support please explain to me why I'm getting two different quotes from agents of Bell. Not happy with my service, and my contract ends this month. Am definitely thinking about switching.
@Bell So, I call and get 4 months of HBO half off, on my Bell TV account. Great! Then I get an email saying it's being billed at full cost, an hour later. I call again, within hours, and your records show I'm being billed at full price and you cannot honour the deal. You're awful
@Bell_Support I was about to switch to Bell from EhTel for internet... glad I didn’t if they have these mess ups and don’t even share what caused them. Great customer service Bell. What a joke.
@Bell_Support we have been without service for 4 weeks. No resolution as of today. Unacceptable service, we will be changing, and I hope others do as well. We cannot spend hours on phone trying to resolve and still have no service. #bell #homephone

By the way I have had the 3rd engineer come out to my property for a separate issue in the last couple of days. The last one today was extremely thorough, in no rush and did everything your last two couldn't be bothered to do @bell
