@Bell Throttling isn’t unlimited given that 256kbps is practically useless. How many do you see coming to you when they purchase service saying no, no, I just need 256kbps...none! Bell stop the false marketing - especially to people who can barely afford your service to begin with.

.@Rogers $15.7B to takeover MLSE and extend NHL deal. Great. I have been a loyal customer for >20 years but the internet/tv renewal process continues to be the dumbest, most convoluted routine staffed by hostile idiots. Well, no more. Hello @Bell!

  • LallyAd LallyA (@LallyAd) reported

@cdnironhead @Bell It's not faster, nor cheaper, nor is it more dependable. Tell me when they get an unlimited plan with 100 up and down.

  • Petert13251912 Peter T (@Petert13251912) reported

@Bell @bell You hurt yourself, quality your support sucks: bad English, background noises like cheap scam call center from certain Asian country. Bell, bring back support back to Canada.

@Bell_Support so not just your products suck but so do your support tools @Bell #MirkotheMoron

  • erniebugtweet ernie.b. (@erniebugtweet) reported

@RichardCityNews A real shame for the 15,000 households that now have to wait longer for an inferior internet product to StarLink. @Bell gouged us for years before StarLink came along. Terrible decision by @fordnation imo

  • WhiteHappyLily Hilary Johnston (@WhiteHappyLily) reported

@Bell, it's above the pay grade of the folks working in your service centres, so I am letting you know as a corporation: for what I am billed monthly, I don't expect 6 to be my own on-site technician!

  • phoneyrobins P. Honey Robins (@phoneyrobins) reported

Hey @Rogers @Bell @TELUS instead of delivering poor cx service and randomly raising prices every couple of months then having "win-back teams" call ppl who canceled, why don't you just not suck in the first place? Are you dumb? Ps. We speak English in Canada. #fail

  • jschenk86 Jon Schenk (@jschenk86) reported

@Bell why does service suck so much lately. I drive for work and need a dependable phone provider. And lately. Youre not it Barely get service. If i do. 3g or lte This latgest network of 5g is a joke

  • Misty180000 V Stone (@Misty180000) reported

Hey @Bell You keep raising your mobility prices. You give better prices to new customers than to 30+ year loyal customers who have every possible service with Bell. You would rather lose thousands of dollars of revenue than keep price reasonable. BYE!!!!
