@Bell Throttling isn’t unlimited given that 256kbps is practically useless. How many do you see coming to you when they purchase service saying no, no, I just need 256kbps...none! Bell stop the false marketing - especially to people who can barely afford your service to begin with.

@Bell_Support Hi, I’ve made several calls to your tech support. I can barely have a convo on my cell, in my home. Calls drop and if they don’t drop, I can only hear the odd word from the person to whom I’m speaking on both my work and personal cell. I am fed up. Let me out of my contract.
@Bell_Support So again, why are we paying extremely high internet rates for this kind of service??? No discounts to those of us with rotting out copper lines.
Honestly SO FED THE HELL UP with @Bell_Support. Had a tech out to fix lines yesterday and I’m already having nonstop issues with my signal dropping. Like, get your damn lines fixed or stop charging me top dollars for this crappy service. 😡😡😡😡
@Bell just saw an ad that tells of you buying lots of electric cars. Why dont you improve your service first! Signal strength at Sherbrooke lake in Lunenburg county, NS , never more than 1 bar for 2 years!! Data is impossible! Inexcusable!

Tomorrow will be 2 wks since our FibeTv has worked currently. We were told it would be fixed last Sunday at latest and now it's been another week! It's pretty bad when we're paying over $400 a month and can't watch what we want to watch! @Bell_Support
@Bell_Support Just called to update my support ticket and was punted twice. Both reps unable to update an open support ticket. Wires are now hindering egress from one of my entries which has now become a safety concern. Your my third attempt today.
