@Bell Throttling isn’t unlimited given that 256kbps is practically useless. How many do you see coming to you when they purchase service saying no, no, I just need 256kbps...none! Bell stop the false marketing - especially to people who can barely afford your service to begin with.

Fun economics question: How many times does @Bell have to replace my modem before it becomes cost effective for them just to give me the upgraded version which the tech says "is much better"? I've replaced 5 modems in the last year and the problem remains the same.

@Bell_Support Last week I signed up with Bell Mobility with a new activation and ordered a new phone. When I received the contract via email, the contract was totally incorrect. I've since decided to cancel because of this, who can I follow up with regarding this cancellation?

@Bell client since the 70's. When are you ever going to do something about protecting your paying customers from landline scammers? I get calls night and day. I never get a straight answer about why nothing is done.

@Wiiggles_ @Bell I would - **** this ****. You'd think that in the middle of a pandemic where people are relying on the internet to make any sort of living, that an ISP would take their obligations seriously. I mean even the worst over in the UK realise this

@Bell has the absolute worst service and staff who lack knowledge in their process. Over six hours with tech support and staff who have zero idea what they are doing! Definitely leaving Bell services!

1.5 Hrs on the phone with @bell_support customer service just to get them to send me a tech is unacceptable for one of Canada’s largest corporation. I am livid right now and STILL on hold waiting to get an appointment

@Wiiggles_ @Bell Bell you look like one long commercial after another on Twitter. Where is the customer service? Where is the internet that you claim to provide? Im in America. And if i can see how poor your support / internet is, people in Canada know first hand. Do whats right. Fix this.
