@Bell Throttling isn’t unlimited given that 256kbps is practically useless. How many do you see coming to you when they purchase service saying no, no, I just need 256kbps...none! Bell stop the false marketing - especially to people who can barely afford your service to begin with.

Hey @RogersHelps @rogers. Been a customer for 30 years. Been Loyal. Defended you but honestly I just had such a bad experience with a CSR regarding my dead fathers account that I may switch to @Bell.

  • gwmercer Glen Mercer (@gwmercer) reported

@Bell ! Any updates...more people are chiming in on the ticket, saying that Bell Reps had blamed @Google for the issue...but it appears to only happen with Bell 🤔

  • WillSartori Will (@WillSartori) reported

Getting Bell Internet @Bell @Bell_Support was the worst mistake I’ve ever made in my life. 4 days with no internet access and they keep postponing the timeline for the service treating customers like we’re idiots. I’m so ******* done with this.

  • palevell2 Patrick Allan🇨🇦⚡️🇺🇸 (@palevell2) reported

Am I the only one who thinks that @CTVNews sucks since @Bell took over?

  • jlaurxo Jen L (@jlaurxo) reported

@Bell one of you reps just hung up on me. I continue to be in disbelief at the deeply poor level of service I have continuously received from Bell. Absolutely astounding.

  • dbeilis *** {artificially simple sarcasm} (@dbeilis) reported

@Rogers @Bell @CRTCeng It is 2025: how many of you tried using your cell phone complaining about bad reception or slow internet in major cities in Ontario? If you are traveling, good luck if you got off 401 or 400…

  • 3furrowsjd Matt Magwood (@3furrowsjd) reported

@wilkjef @Bell We actually have pretty good cell service. There's a tower 4 farms over from the dairy barn lol

  • dbeilis *** {artificially simple sarcasm} (@dbeilis) reported

@Rogers In my conversations with @Bell sales folks and @Rogers support, I asked why the prices have to go up, and I got 2 responses in most cases: 1. Ongoing infrastructure maintenance costs 2. Inflation What is the actual reason and the logic behind the calculations?

  • ScottKHayman SKH 👽 (@ScottKHayman) reported

@Bell I read that AOL shut down their dial-up internet service. I didn’t realize that @Bell bought it!

  • RockyWWR AquaAweee (@RockyWWR) reported

@Bell I have been without internet for 5 days, and I have already received 7 service interruption emails. Each time I call customer service, I am told the issue will be resolved “tomorrow.” When I asked why Bell has no backup plan, I was told I should prepare one myself.
