Peter Morin (@petermorin123) reported from Halifax, Nova Scotia@Bell Throttling isn’t unlimited given that 256kbps is practically useless. How many do you see coming to you when they purchase service saying no, no, I just need 256kbps...none! Bell stop the false marketing - especially to people who can barely afford your service to begin with.

Hannah (@TheHannahTyson) reported@Bell_Support I was with you guys for more than 10 years but because you are expensive i've cancelled my account and i'm never going back with you:) So many other good companies who dont over charge people.
-
🏄♀️ (@_shrimbegin) reported@KatyaAndYourDad @Bell I will never
-
J (@vesper1978) reported@petersmithca @Bell_Aliant @Bell_Support Bell LL isn't POTS. It's VOIP, just it's handled by their hardware. However changing DNS shouldn't have broken it as it runs over a different VLAN than your internet.
-
André-John Mas (@ajmas) reported@Bell_Support Turns out you are just useless in DM as on a public tweet. More than 5 years and just as opaque as ever, with hand wavy ‘plans’ confirming your poor reputation.
-
André-John Mas (@ajmas) reported@Bell who do I have to contact for fibre to the unit? Located in Mile-End Montreal and there is definitely fibre to neighbouring buildings. Hard to get online support to be useful.
-
WoolyBugger (@Trader53N113W) reported@Bell your satellite system never works consistently. In YEG, Sportsnet isn’t working again.
-
yamma adel (@YammaAdel) reportedThe tech falsely claimed to have called me so they could just cancel their last service of the day. I'm paying 140$/month and 10 year + user. I guess it's time to switch it up. @Bell what's your best plan?
-
NGPixel (@NGPixel) reported@Bell_Support Fibe Internet has been down since 3AM (Montreal)... Error 2000: can't connect to Bell servers. TV service works. Tried to reboot modem, same result...

Brian Evans (@brian9306) reported@petersmithca @Bell_Aliant @Bell_Support What kind of home phone do you have? Is it internet based? Domain name servers just translate domain names into IP addresses. If your phone is VOIP, it needs DNS to connect to the phone network by establishing an IP session (roughly).
