    @Bell Throttling isn’t unlimited given that 256kbps is practically useless. How many do you see coming to you when they purchase service saying no, no, I just need 256kbps...none! Bell stop the false marketing - especially to people who can barely afford your service to begin with.

    @Bell It is not activated, I was asked to call the customer service and when I called them I was told they are not aware of such service and I have to buy a monthly add on for overseas calls...I called customer service 3 times and received the same response each time...#MahsaAmini

    @Bell I just called the costumer service and she told me it is not free .She said it was a problem issue in our social media accounts!!!!!!!

    @Bell_Support Hi Bell support team. following to your announcement for temporarily waiving international calls to Iran, I am wondering how we should activate this feature on our end? Tried to call 001198 and 0098 already and none has worked.

    @Bell_Support I called bell this morning and they told me she cannot see such a thing in their system. All of us are confused now! If it’s effective immediately how come in bell customer service they cannot see that and still charging me for calling to Iran?

    @Bell_Support I have an open memo case on my account for like 9 business days now. I haven’t heard back any update. Your departments are broken so bad, they don’t even talk to each other. Who can help or where do I escalate next?

    @drivermcivor @Bell Yup in Courtenay I get 1 bar from Telus. Lol. However I get 30 gigs unlimited Free calls and texts for $50.00. So one bad provider to another for less gigs and more fees ain’t happening. Lol

    @Bell this is not an appropriate solution to your access issue. The access issue is that your box is on private property which is not my problem to solve
