    @Bell_Support we've been Bell customers for over 35 years and are treated like this! There are other choices, perhaps more costly but its come to a need for reliability - cost is not an issue. Complete disrespect of your customer.

    Experienced the worst customer service today and it is surely @Bell … I’ve heard they are the worst… cancelling and going to different provider! Please avoid them if you want your nerves to be intact

    New profit opportunity for @Bell: Customers have been calling in after mysterious spikes in their data use so @Bell offers more expensive higher data packages even if data use is uncharacteristic of customer’s normal behaviour. How can I jump that gravy train?

    @Rogers Seriously I need to wait 2 hours to talk to a representative. I am 100% moving my customer service to @Bell. This is horrible tbh.

    @Bell_Support Bell is the most unreliable internet source. If you have a remote position that relies on internet connection, don’t bother having Bell services. My internet has been out on and off for days and they can’t fix it

    @Bell @Bell_Support gotta tell you FIVE STARS!!!! for bad service. Since getting your Fibe installed I have consistently had absolutely horrible service. Bad equipment, more hours of lost network time, failed PVR recordings. Well done. #bellsucks #bellfibe #bell
