Dear @Bell: Why do you always value getting new customers instead of keeping the ones you have? I brought over $190/mon in mobility to you while I was a TV/Internet customer and now to get the best internet deal I have to go somewhere else. So frustrating.

@bell wow your mobility customer service is top notch eh? Sorry that was supposed to be completely sarcastic. Want to upgrade phone yet I have to pay full price for the phone (divided over 24months locked contract AND have to do a new plan which increases by $30/month.

@Bell_Support we are trying to watch Crave and our internet speeds are obviously a problem. Please fix. We pay an absolute fortune every month for services and certainly should have better service.
