    @rastasack @Bell Depending upon where you are in the house, we have no cell service. That is why we still -theoretically- have a land line. But it is constantly in need of repair.

    Dear @Bell_Support your technician came to fix my modem yesterday and said I’d have internet today. I do not and will have to take a day off work if this isn’t fixed and your phone support has dropped my call 3 times. This is beyond infuriating. Do something please.

    @TekSavvyBuzz @Bell They won't do anything as Bell , Telus and Rogers pay to have them , so in turn they actually work for the big three . Never bite the hand that feeds you .

    @Bell Possibly the worst tech-support and customer service anywhere. I was promised a call last week, but never came. The week before I was told my modem was working fine, it’s not.

    @JayOnSC @JayOnrait Not sure I could’ve stayed and gone on air after they did that to my co-host and staff. Just disgusting. I’ll never be a @bell customer.

    Our service got disconnected for absolutely no reason, and our connection was "given away" to someone else per the technician. Not sure how this could ever happen as we were paying and upstanding customers with no disruption in billing or service. @Bell_Support
