@KarenCookPhotos I doubt it. I've complained so much about their lack of service, @Bell has likely blocked me by now. Lol But c'mon! Nine days is ridiculous. And it's not the longest we've waited for repairs.

@rastasack @Bell Depending upon where you are in the house, we have no cell service. That is why we still -theoretically- have a land line. But it is constantly in need of repair.

Why is @Bell Canada service so bad? I have been without internet or landline since Monday. Each technician seems to make things worse. Why? Next attempt is promised for tomorrow. Nothing can be done today. Understaffed? Is it poor training? Chronically neglected infrastructure?

But @Bell_Support @Bell you refuse to accommodate. It's not a resource issue or an infrastructure issue...the internet is there, available, and very reliable! You just don't have enough customers here, so it's not profitable for you to offer me a plan that supports my needs.

@freedomsupport is the WORST, the coverage sucks, the customer service is gross. They are liars, don’t know anything about the contracts and are useless and rude. @Bell_Support or @RogersHelps don’t play games like this. The CRTC said they have tons of complaints daily.

@Bell_Support transferred my call to two different departments only to transfer it to customer care after an hour on phone… only to be disconnected …#pathetic

Hey @Bell_Support I would love a link to a Bell Live Outage map? Does such a thing exist?

@Learning2GetBy This is just getting plain stupid. I was heading over here with a question about dog. Sorry to read this. I have @BELL to contend with if that makes you feel any better.

@Bell_Support Hi, I signed up for internet services in March, was told after 60 days we will receive a gift card as part of that promotion. Well, it's way past 60 days, customer service has not been helpful, and my 'escalated case' is being ignored..

Friday fun. Spend an hour on the phone with @Bell trying understand why everything we agreed to for a new mobility service yesterday is now completely different today. While on hold for 30 mins, they hang up. Fun fact: I want to give them MY money...

@Pammerhockey @Bell_Support Do that with Rogers once a year. Probably could do it more often because it isn't a contract deal. In 2020, they offered me the EXACT same services, but for $15.50/month less. The whole system is so stupid. That said, dealing with Rogers CSR since I switched in '08, seems better.
