@rastasack @Bell Depending upon where you are in the house, we have no cell service. That is why we still -theoretically- have a land line. But it is constantly in need of repair.

@KarenCookPhotos I doubt it. I've complained so much about their lack of service, @Bell has likely blocked me by now. Lol But c'mon! Nine days is ridiculous. And it's not the longest we've waited for repairs.

@Bell transferring from Rogers to Bell has been the biggest mistake. @Bell your customer service is the worse. I have been on phone for last three days and no one can resolve the issue. I am being transferred from one agent to the other. They hand up on customers!

Now I asked what the solution was and they said I would need to do the entire process over again and pay an additional $500 deposit and wait for my return of the original $500 deposit. I said no thanks I want my deposit back and then I’ll go from there @bell

@Bell_Support hi! I am a former customer. I got an email from Bell a little while ago about an offer to come back. It was something like $55 for 20gb of data on the unlimited plan. Just wondering if that is still available? I lost my email with that one

Can you believe after 6 phone calls and ample people telling me my refund is coming, I still don’t have it. 4 months later!!!!!!!!! @bell won’t give me my money back on a service they never provided!!!!!!!!
