@KarenCookPhotos I doubt it. I've complained so much about their lack of service, @Bell has likely blocked me by now. Lol But c'mon! Nine days is ridiculous. And it's not the longest we've waited for repairs.

@rastasack @Bell Depending upon where you are in the house, we have no cell service. That is why we still -theoretically- have a land line. But it is constantly in need of repair.

@FF_MuTeX @Bell I had a similar issue when I first got fiber and it was actually condensation build up on the pole where the line comes to my house that was causing a disrupt. Have them climbed the pole ourside and checked the connection there?

@Bell_Support I have contacted bell multiple times about it. They say there’s no more they can do, unless of course I spend more money. I already have the second most expensive service.

@Bell @Bell_Support I just wasted 3 hrs on the 📞 trying to buy 2 new cells & plans, being punted between 5 Bell reps; nobody was capable of doing it. I've NEVER experienced such BS, incompetence, or runaround. As it was being finalized, I was told to call back Mon. I CANCELED👋🏼

@FF_MuTeX @Bell Is anyone else around you having a similar problem ? If so it could be something with the direct line outside. If no one else is having an issue could be something jamming the signal to your home which maybe triggering the box to reset to get a strong connection or could be

@FF_MuTeX @Bell Get your own modem. I had the same issue - they replaced the modem multiple times. I ended up getting my own high performance modem and it worked fine.

@FF_MuTeX @Bell Well what I’m getting at is we both were wired into the modem even though it was essentially 2 networks. It couldn’t decide who to give the internet to causing my internet to go out and then caused modem to reset. So I reset network in windows and pushed reset button on modem

@FF_MuTeX @Bell So I have had this issue and it’s when the pc and modem get confused on which network it should connect to. I use private network (home internet) and my wife had to run a VPN for her work from home and it would cause this to happen. I had to manually restart network on computer

@FF_MuTeX @Bell I have Bell Fibe as well and have never had this issue. Thats so weird. Maybe try the modem in another area of the house/another plug?
