@Gracey_Poon @Bell_Support @JenmarkDigital @Bell @TSN_Sports @TSN_PR We just don’t have bandwidth to support 4K transmissions over a broadcast infrastructure. We have 4K for security cameras as they go over a very short distance only on one channel.

  • AndrewButters91 Andrew Buttigieg (@AndrewButters91) reported from London, Ontario

@robferguson1 @Bell_Support My parents home has had a terrible experience with Bell Fibe. Shoddy TV & internet.

  • RebaRedmond Rebecca Redmond (@RebaRedmond) reported from London, Ontario

@Bell @Bell_Support Is this why there is no service currently?

  • 5p0rtp74y4 Scott MacEwan (@5p0rtp74y4) reported from London, Ontario

@Bell @Bell_Support #WorstRunCompany It's our fault. For the past 20 years we have blindly allowed @Bell to rip us off. They have changed plans without customer notice, never show up for home service on time and still owe us months of charges on downed service. #DoBetter

  • SomiaGrooves Somialovestheleafs (@SomiaGrooves) reported from London, Ontario

@LeezerShort @RogersHelps Thanks. Her service has been on & off for 2 years but after she couldn't call 911, I've had it. If they can't fix it, they need to just tell us so I can switch her to @Bell , which we may do anyways

  • smdriedger Samantha Driedger (@smdriedger) reported from London, Ontario

In the time that Sean has been waiting on hold with @Bell_Support to figure out why our internet is down, I have already called @startca and set up an account and service for our new house ... he’s still on hold 😂 excited to be out of Bell’s evil clutches in just over a week!

  • Palmateer29 Jonny Palmateer (He•Him•His)🤘🇨🇦 (@Palmateer29) reported

Just ported 2 lines from @TELUS and 1 line from @Bell over to @Rogers. The decision to leave both was based mostly on crappy customer service. We were with Telus for at least 15 years. #TreatYourCustomersRight

  • JakeMackenzie57 Jake Mackenzie (@JakeMackenzie57) reported

@Bell_Support internet has been in and out for the last 4 hours. Mississauga area; any timeline on when this issue will be resolved?

    @SukasheTTV @Bell @rogers could never

  • miltee_tdot miltee (@miltee_tdot) reported

My phone bill went up 20% this month due to "higher network demands and costs." @Bell made $687M in Net Income Q1. Wish there was open competition in the telcom space in Canada to bury these white collar criminals.

  • dandoozled dan (@dandoozled) reported

Where’s the value to me as a consumer to be loyal, when you offers are insulting at best and straight pathetic at worst. @Bell has the best price (for me) but @TELUS has that nifty call screening feature. Telus also gives me a proper 30% EPP.

  • TheRealKhimji Irfahn Khimji (@TheRealKhimji) reported

So, normally calls from your local Telco are annoying and useless. BUT, I must say, @Bell called and it was actually very useful. Short, sweet, and got me to remain a customer instead of being on the fence about leaving. #customerservice

  • mattwaskey Matt Waskey (@mattwaskey) reported

In case anyone was wondering - haven’t been an @bell customer for ten years- trying to get signed back up for turbo hub is a nightmare. Customer service hasn’t changed. Same old @bell. Back to the store I go after two hours on hold.

  • subberzz Sabrina M. (@subberzz) reported

@Bell_Support Is there a timeline on service being restored in the Waterdown area?

  • pussygang6969 PUSSYGANG6969 (@pussygang6969) reported

@Bell_Support hey is internet still down In kw ?

  • Landon2183 Ryan Landon (@Landon2183) reported

@Bell so apparently it's a $15 service fee to speak with a customer rep for 5 mins on the phone to make a change to my account? Which I wasn't told about till after. On top of the $25 to add a GB of data when I already spend $120 a month. #robbery #garbage let's talk my ***
