@Gracey_Poon @Bell_Support @JenmarkDigital @Bell @TSN_Sports @TSN_PR We just don’t have bandwidth to support 4K transmissions over a broadcast infrastructure. We have 4K for security cameras as they go over a very short distance only on one channel.

In the time that Sean has been waiting on hold with @Bell_Support to figure out why our internet is down, I have already called @startca and set up an account and service for our new house ... he’s still on hold 😂 excited to be out of Bell’s evil clutches in just over a week!

@LeezerShort @RogersHelps Thanks. Her service has been on & off for 2 years but after she couldn't call 911, I've had it. If they can't fix it, they need to just tell us so I can switch her to @Bell , which we may do anyways

Gotta love being hung up on by a @Bell loyalty department rep and being charged for a month of internet service that was cancelled. Not charged for the tv service that was cancelled, so thats good. Then being talked down to for not understanding why you charge ahead for services.

@Bell with the weekly ****** up service. Today the remote either goes to 0 or 100. Nothing in between. Fresh batteries. the great news, and I mean REALLY ******* GREAT news is that Bell is adept at apologizing. Providing reliable service? meh.. but they can say sorry with aplomb!

I was kind of expecting that as customer service with @Bell isn't their strong point. It's stuff like that that keeps me from pulling the trigger to switch to @Bell as they have a great product, but the implementation of that product is often questionable at best.

@Bell_Support Is it policy to keep calling a customer and harassing them about adding stuff onto their package even after they say no they’re not interested? I’ve gotten a call every single day for the last week by you guys about it and each time I say no I’m not interested.

So I think I've finally figured out the mystery, one of the DNSs my modem is set to on your end keeps having issues, when I manually set the DNS it works for a few seconds but then the modem goes back to default. @Bell_Support @Bell @Bell_Aliant
