Hey @Bell_Support we are still without reliable cell service in Wabamun. Today I have between 0-1 bars. I've brought this to your attention over a year ago. It's a tower issue. Please fix.

@mdaperkins @Bell_Support They honestly have no idea. Having worked in IT support, we rarely new the source of a problem right away. We did hours of troubleshooting until something works. Sadly, that’s the way it is most of the time.

@Bell_Support Virtual repair tool not working. Chats not working. Now answering calls. Are you basically telling us Bell only has 2 people for support? Or did you tell them to go hibernate until this mess is resolved or midnight (when Bell stops answering any enquiries)?
