Hey @Bell_Support we are still without reliable cell service in Wabamun. Today I have between 0-1 bars. I've brought this to your attention over a year ago. It's a tower issue. Please fix.

@Bell_Support Last time a tech was at our home he said the more people in my neighbourhood get Fibe the weaker my signal is will be. Tech told me to buy boosters to solve it. It only seems fitting if Bell isn't going to fix this at least provide the boosters to help balance the problem.

@RobertChaulk @ChaulkLeroy @Bell ...I got the little adaptor when ordering my dish so I could install it on my old Bell receiver arm, and once powered on, the Starlink dish (aka Dishy), points itself. It even heats up in winter to melt the snow off it if the signal drops. It's pretty clever.

@VirginPlus @bell when is this going to get resolved. Virgin plus customer service/tech support has no clue what I’m talking about. They just keep testing my modem for a week and a half. No help no update.

Brutal @Bell_Support purchased Fibe 150 and can only get max 24mbps in Kanata. Can’t even make video calls. Cancelled on second day of service agreement after @bell IT tests and am charged like I’ve used it for a month? I was told I wouldn’t have to worry about a charge #scam

@Bell Or maybe stop overcharging people for garbage internet and start upgrading urban centres instead of rural.

43VAC on my phone line, which @Bell_Support has failed to fix despite 12 site visits by technicians. Says can’t fix the phone until ON Hydro kills the stray AC voltage. #Bell Isn’t phone service (which I pay $115/mon) a basic service?
