Hey @Bell_Support we are still without reliable cell service in Wabamun. Today I have between 0-1 bars. I've brought this to your attention over a year ago. It's a tower issue. Please fix.

@VeganSteve420 @DrKateTO @Bell It doesn’t improve customer service, it belittles the tech. Some jobs take much longer than an hour. You should open your own telecom company and hire all the mask wearing techs you’d like. Imagine how busy you’d be. 🙄

In Old Toronto (1987-2023), I was issued my own 416 number which was closed off permanently without my consent. If it is being used by someone else, please do not attribute any of those mixed signal to me at all. @CRTCHearings @Bell @cityoftoronto

@asquared20me @Bell_Support @DrKateTO So you take the simple matter of a customer request for a mask, where the technician acts like an *******, and turn it into a question about hazmat suits. Nice try.

@DoolanJulia @DrKateTO @Bell Yes she can request and they can refuse. Who needs the service? Why r u forcing your views on other ppl. Just wear a mask yourself. Its so easy as you say. Ur mask protects u.

@asifintoronto @FreedomMobile @Bell Don't bundle, if you want to always be in communication. During that (disgraceful) Rogers outage, I still had phone service and internet because my cell was not Rogers. My friends were completely out of luck. Maybe there is a savings bundling, but security is great.

@Ryan_Neefs @DrKateTO @Bell You're right, I should have specified N95 respirators. I just assume that people are smart enough to know, by now, that only N95 or better respirators are acceptable to wear in someone's home. My bad, I forgot stupid people still exist and are allowed on twitter.

@Bell_Support @DrKateTO You meant to say... ...and we WILL fix it. Right @bell_support?

So @RogersHelps tells me work is being done in my area and service is to be restored tomorrow MORNING. ongoing issues since 2pm, yet I pay $130 for this service? And no compensation? Switching to @Bell

@Bell I would sign in a minute if it was available in our neighborhood

@gstq8 @DrKateTO @Bell She is the customer. She owns the home. Don't like their rules don't take the job. Unless your one of those rights only matter when they're beneficial to me types
