Hey @Bell_Support we are still without reliable cell service in Wabamun. Today I have between 0-1 bars. I've brought this to your attention over a year ago. It's a tower issue. Please fix.

@Bell your mobility customer service is not helping us at all. An hour on chat with them for a mistake YOU made and all I can do is “place the order again and wait two more weeks”. Not even an offer of even a minuscule credit for all this. Just wow.

@Bell_Support Who can I speak to directly regarding concerns in the training of staff to manipulate their clients into paying overages on bills which, like in this case, are the fault of Bell's terrible systems? Tweeting this as evidently your associates "cannot assist" me further.

@Bell_Support @Bell Also, maybe provide staff with better phones/service so your clients don't get disconnected after sitting through your "longer than usual wait times" multiple times in a row. If you're looking for a place to start in treating both your staff and clients better, there's one.

@Bell_Support @Bell Why does your multi billion dollar company need your associates to find a way out for you at the expense of your clients or your staff? Why can't I hold accountable we a company for setting up systems designed to widdle people down until they give up or an employee gets trouble?

@jnarai @JayDawgTDot @Bell_Support Cell/data plans in Canada are horrible. The most expensive on the planet. My sister lives in the US (not a good place to be now, lol) and it's much cheaper. More competition and Europe super cheap.

@Bell is frustrating, For my plan, paying Device charges for 3 devices, Helpline giving different amount,, app.showing different , and they changed the amount on app with out any justification, DO WE have any consumer complaint cell in Alberta or Canada?
