    Dealing with @Bell_Support is brutal. They have had my phone for a month. Store says still waiting. Chat service gave me phone number for Bell Home Service. Now been on the phone for 11 plus and counting and still waiting while they read the file

    @Bell A week of issues, countless hours spent on the phone with multiple “technicians” and you can’t resolve the problem. Different answer from each person and still no fix. What am I paying for??

    @beermedani @Bell @BellMediaPR from what I can see this has been an active issue to not solve for over 3 months as I can attest it’s never been working on my PlayStation. But they don’t care about who they do and don’t reach. Clearly they’re just gonna keep taking the money.

    @Bell_Support Please if you could help me, I have a phone I bought from someone that is carrier unlocked but I can't use it for a new plan. The lady at the shop gave me an IMEI code but I don't have a Bell account. Thanks.
