Bell Canada put fiber optic cable down my road last summer but their high speed packages are still not available to me. What's up @Bell ???

@TekSavvyBuzz @Bell That’s what happens when governments spent public money in a panic mode without any accountability or clear criteria. CERB same issue. Many who should not gave gotten anything received money, while many of those who reallyneed it didn’t get enough.

@TekSavvyBuzz @Bell Will this crap ever end! They must think they're so clever.

  • amostwit Amos (@amostwit) reported

@FibreStream I live a block from some of the condos you service. What would it take to get a dedicated fibre run from my house to your infrastructure? So sick of waiting for @CRTCeng to straighten out @Bell and willing to pay a crap-ton to bypass them.

  • cafe_plenty Cafe PLENTY (@cafe_plenty) reported

Hey @Bell thanks for cancelling my internet for NO reason and then not fixing it asap. I've had to close my business down for the day, resulting in lost inventory and sales. As if it isn't hard enough for #SmallBusinesses!!!

  • irrationalcarny Ian Holmes (@irrationalcarny) reported

@Bell I got a Samsung update this morning for my S20 and now it won't connect to your network. Tech support was unable to do anything. Solutions??

  • mikeowsiak Michael (@mikeowsiak) reported

@TekSavvyBuzz @Bell The new Capitalism. Failing companies get bailed out and taxpayers pay for it all while the rich take from the poor.

  • CielOnTap Ciel Spzmode (@CielOnTap) reported

@TekSavvyBuzz @Bell Well, Bell has a contractor upgrading the network for 5G in the Hamilton ON area. That costs money plus the tree trimming for clear signal lines and digging of sidewalks. But yes, Bell has not been giving rural residents much Internet help. Remember that tariff on phone bills?

  • ellieharvie Ellie Harvie 🇨🇦 (@ellieharvie) reported

@TekSavvyBuzz @Bell They sure didn’t cut me a break on my cellular data during lock down!!
