@AlexRoy44 @Rogers @Bell_Aliant @Bell From Roger's who I was with for 3 years.. and normally i dont give those people the time a day... but I'm glad I did in this case. I've had bell for 2 years next month! To each and their own though. Customer service is tough because its who you get that day.. for any company

Come on @Bell - internet service in Fredericton needs your attention after the storm. @NB_Power did their work as promised w/ great communication - now do yours!!Restoration times haven’t been kept, info is hard to get, and people need to get back to work! #customerservicematters

@TomRivington We switched to @TELUS a few years ago and are very happy with them. Courteous CSR’s and they try to help keep your cost down. Better bang for your buck. We were tired of getting screwed by @Bell

Over the last few days, I’ve had some of the best customer service of my life from @Rogers, and then today some of the worst ever from @Bell. #Bell wasted my entire day, only to offer to make it up to me by asking me to waste tomorrow as well. #BadCustomerService

Love how @Bell's "reward" for my "loyalty" is two free months of a service I don't want and that will auto-renew at full price if I don't cancel it (which they will admit but only if you ask them that specifically, reject their dodge answer, and ask it again). Gee, thanks!

@Bell_Support 4K PVR was down repeatedly for almost 2.5 months. Multiple calls asking for help with tech support ended with us having to pay to upgrade router. Didn't fix problem. Finally new tech installed a new 4k PVR and working again. Ended up losing all recordings.

@Bell been having problems with internet for over a year. Called several times, technicians have came by. Called back today. Tier 2 support tells me that the best way to make sure I dont have issues with bandwidth is to have nothing connected to the network! I kid you not

@Bell_Support 3/3 to explain to techs that the line cannot handle it set at 5/6 that you sadly have to put my internet at 3 or so and no more or else it will be overworked and crap out on me again, but by no surprise they set it’s at 5/6. I’ll be switchin providers soon I’m sure

@Bell_Support 1/3 I had no internet all afternoon and all night so after trying everything I could on my end I called to see what the issue was this time as its always doing this. Your tech said the line is degrading fast and will have someone call me today so here I sit waiting
