One minute my speed is lightning, and then it’s gone. My cameras cut out, my alarm won’t work, but they refuse to do anything! As previous posters have said. 1st world prices for 3rd world service. I actually had better cell service when I was in Cuba.

Agent that’s helping to fix my modem ends the call and doesn’t call back, they sent a defective modem and want me to pick up a new one! store doesn’t have it available, new one ships in 1 or 2 days, no options to get a tech to come, no internet to work… A joke.
