We thought we had a good package! Wrong. Terrible way to treat customers. Been on the phone all morning. I HATE BELL! Good tv but crap service!

After explaining why I cancelled my service, Randy the manager asked me if I wanted a Bell router. Now he’s told me he’s the highest person I can speak to.
