Their casual response while our patients wait is incredibly frustrating. This keeps happening. Why not fix your dang virtual assistant that no matter what I select it says that your systems have an error and cannot put callers through an agent. Are you paying agents to do nothing? Do you just have the virtual assistant?

This is in response to a July 12 outage. Seriously??
