@CRTCeng @Bell_Support Are you honestly telling me that if I use your "Report Spam" form for this, CRTC will compel Bell to fix their unsubscribe function? Ha, I used to believe CRTC had power over Bell. I've learned the hard way it doesn't. I've reported it here, publicly. Prove me wrong.

@ZrunBunsjjdhdhd @Bell That is very true. They install the modem right in the basement back far corner so you can't get a signal outdoors or in the opposite side of the home upstairs. A Wi-Fi modem must be placed centrally to work in a home. Their techs are not trained.

@Bell I don’t have internet since March 25 in my business and the first service appointment is March 30 , how can we run a business like that ??, 5 days no internet , we can’t check our emails for the orders , we can’t do any sales in the debit/credit card machine

@Bell @Videotron Called Bell to cancel services as we switched to Videotron (same service but for less). After refusing retention offers the agent hanged up on me. Bell would offer better service if agents didn't fear losing their jobs over statistics/retention objectives. 👎👎

@Bell customers pay more then enough for your internet service... Teach your techs to place modem on middle floor and not basement and force to upsell pods.... You truly are a greasy company ... #greedkills
