Luke Tokaryk (@LukeInProgress) reported from Winnipeg, Manitoba@Bell_Support @lar_uh_ I think the answer here is stop being the most expensive service provider in a country that is already well above average for the price of services.

Rick Scherger (@iamzurick) reported from East St. Paul, ManitobaToday is a just Let’s Talk Day. Just like every other day. Screw @Bell. Just because some useless business conglomerate thought they had a great publicity campaign, doesn’t mean this ends. Need help? Reach out. Check in with those who might need it. Every day.

I find though that it sometimes has problems connecting to 5G, but won’t go back to LTE, it goes straight to 3G. My old iphone never did this. Any ideas?

Bell Canada Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
The Undead Royal Canadian Kilted #Fella (@Whisky_Yak) reported@Reil76 @SnarkusAurelius @Bell My father knew one of the local Bell Computer Engineers and flagged him down as he drove past my parent's place, in order to get an issue resolved that the client service reps and regular field techs couldn't solve. Bell kindly asked him not to do that again.
-
Truenorth (@studentforall) reported@Reil76 @Bell This is why we need to eliminate the Cellular/Internet/Cable service monopoly we have in Canada. It only serves to promote poor customer service and high rates. It does nothing to support the Canadian consumer and everything for the corporations.
-
maria priolo (@1Priolo) reported@Bell I think your virtual assistance program is broken. I've been trying all day to get to technical support and after in putting all the prompts it goes silent. No transfer, no support, no help and I'm still having issues with my TV freezing!
-
The Hoof Trimmer🇨🇦 (@CousineauAlbert) reportedKelly, your posts don't go through because of where you live. Anytime I travel to SW Ontario I have trouble posting. Some areas are worse than others. Ma @Bell should be ashamed.
-
306 Shane (@NoSacredBeliefs) reported@Bell And DM'd you were... And unsurprisingly, you have no solutions. You discovered that life in Canada is expensive and so people are cutting down on expenses where they can... But you couldn't possibly have that. So now you seek to curtail one's ability to use their hotspot to try and drive people to take on Home Internet service... Something you don't even provide in the province of Saskatchewan. Interesting times when you opt to make your service delivery worse than Rogers.
-
Leslie Ball 🐶 (@LeslieBall29) reported@finnandbeau @Bell_Support The $$ we’re paying. I just checked our speed and it’s terrible.
-
Harbourfront Technologies (@harbourtechx) reported@Bell @Bell_Support I tried to log into my sympatico account to check emails, but got an error message "You have entered invalid credentials. Please try again." Is it just me or it's a technical issue on Bell's site?
-
Karebear🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦 (@Karebear1340) reported@Reil76 @Bell Had issues at the cottage with the receiver. Called support 4 times!! Finally asked to have someone go out. Tech said there was no reason they couldn't resolve it. Also let us know that all support is done from the Philippines & they're #1 goal is to get you off the line ASAP.
-
Carolyn Stanzel (@cstanzel2) reported@Bell Good Lord!! I have had a landline at my cottage for years. Last 10 years I have to call at beginning of season because of loud hum on line. I had tech out yesterday. Phone worked for 1 F’ing day!!! Today loud hum. I pay $57+/month for a phone I can’t use! Time to cancel!
