@Bell_Support **** this company. I used to work for you guys and it goes MUCH further than just terrible phone service. Absolutely useless in all regards. The second my contract is up I am switching providers.

@Bell_Support @lar_uh_ I think the answer here is stop being the most expensive service provider in a country that is already well above average for the price of services.

@lilgringo_ @Bell 100% man. All a company needs to do is sell products/service. People buy into it so easily

Pretty sure the customer service strategy of @Bell @CraveTVHelp is: "keep customer on hold so long they fall asleep & forget why they called in the first place." Sneaky.

  • koryhopp K (@koryhopp) reported

@Bell Bell is a terrible Mobilty company

  • terryly98136284 terry lynn (@terryly98136284) reported

@Bell_Support everyone quit bell & go to rogers- bell takes our money & sells to us in canada but employs its customer service in philipines or india- if bell does not employ us why would we employ them-rogers employs canadians, your neighbors who buy your goods & rogers never has problems

  • stc2099 STC (@stc2099) reported

@ThePuRRRBlog @Bell We have situations where Rogers internet has random mini interruptions (12 to 30 seconds) few times a day, bad enough to drop Zoom calls. Ended up getting a 2nd internet from Bell as a failover (buy a router that supports 2 internet link). Now chances of drop both same time is 0.

  • johnwright94 John Wright (@johnwright94) reported

I genuinely, whole heartedly can say that I ******* HATE @Bell customer service.

@Bell_Support ok. So reported wifi problem last week. Called again and got it working 2 days later. Still can’t connect apple TV or printers. Called AGAIN. Got ‘Mike’ from Phillipines who was EXTREMELY RUDE AND CONDESCENDING. Listen to the tape. I was calm. He was rude!!

@ProudGrannyCdn @Bell_Support @Bell Basic tv- pick yr 10- theres horrible. Hoping one upgrades. 2 cell phones. Not wifi, we spend 260++ a month. I fought to stay with Bell in this area. Stupid decision. 5 dollars off a month will not help if I take a seizure. I told a minion to a $$ co. They won't do anything.
