@Bell_Support trying to renew a contract & get a new phone, but my shipping address is different than my billing address. I need the phone sent to a different shipping address. 3 customer service reps have repeatedly told me they can’t help me. Does Bell even want my business?

@Bell_Support @Bell_MTS Bell MTS slogan “@bellmts” should be “your day just got worse.” Twice now we’ve had appointments for an internet upgrade and both times they failed to show up. No explanations given. 5 phone calls, many emails, tweets & 2 wasted days, & still not resolved. Customer service = zero

@DoyleMony @Bell You only need to Google Bell Canada and see how bad they are, I toured the US and literally turned my phone on one time, got charged over $1000 for roaming charges, spent weeks fighting that, they canceled this internet because I unplugged the modem, how is that even possible!

  • JustMikeTwo Justin (@JustMikeTwo) reported

@Bell I’m stuck with 1990 internet because you won’t upgrade this 1990 neighborhood with anything faster than 50 down and 10 up……

  • silly__puddy silly puddy (@silly__puddy) reported

@Bell_Support I'm with virgin on Bell fibre line m9v area code services installed Nov 18 today being Dec 20 I've had 9 days if service bell seems to think it's ok to work on lines cut people's services yet we pay for full month services

  • allaudien allaudien 🌄 (@allaudien) reported

@bell Check out my Speedtest results! 4.6 Mbps down and 14.7 Mbps up. How do your speeds compare?

  • shantanugupta Shantanu Gupta (@shantanugupta) reported

@Bell_Support you guys have the worst implementation of e-sim. For any reason if the e-sim is deleted, there should be an easy way to access one’s generated e-sim without going to store or wasting time with your customer care team. How is this possible in 2021?

  • jhndryl John Daryl (@jhndryl) reported from Toronto, Ontario

1/2 Hi @Bell_Support! I would like to commend Mr. Euly from Loyalty Department +1 (866) 301-1942, for shedding me some light on our Bell Service. He has showed good customer service and did way way better than the previous customer representative I have spoke to.

  • shantanugupta Shantanu Gupta (@shantanugupta) reported

@Bell_Support You have a pretty worthless customer care. On the phone they just make one run around and in store they are much more useless. I wish I had never ported to you guys. Now I am without data access for next 10 days and without a sim for god knows when. ABSOLUTE WORST #NOBELL

  • huzzaffa Cúle (@huzzaffa) reported

    @Bell y’all got **** *** internet. Y’all robbin us. Go the hell

  • shantanugupta Shantanu Gupta (@shantanugupta) reported

@Bell_Support I did. And they did help = 0. Just said can’t do anything. Figure out yourself. I wish I could rate your team -10. So frustrating Sunday was. And pretty sure Monday is going to be. THANKS TO BELL.

  • FT_NO_BS Frank - Navy Dad (@FT_NO_BS) reported

@Bell Bell could also help by filtering spam/scam text messages encouraging you to click on fraudulent links promising you a refund you weren’t expecting.
