    @Bell_Support trying to renew a contract & get a new phone, but my shipping address is different than my billing address. I need the phone sent to a different shipping address. 3 customer service reps have repeatedly told me they can’t help me. Does Bell even want my business?

    @Bell_Support **** this company. I used to work for you guys and it goes MUCH further than just terrible phone service. Absolutely useless in all regards. The second my contract is up I am switching providers.

    @LeafsMaz20 @Bell @Bell_Support I used to work as a tech for a large communications company in the states. NO ONE can ever tell you that you need a new modem over the phone. If ALL your services are down its likely a cut/down line somewhere or an issue on Bells end. Good Luck!

Rogers is the same and the other 2nd tier providers like techsavvy have to use bell/Rogers infrastructure which bell/Rogers then throttle so their service looks better... gotta take the ******* kick and move on unfortunately
