  This is hardly news but @Bell has the worst setup for customer service I have ever encountered. Trying to help mom and dad change the credit card their automatic mobility payment comes out of and it’s a positively comical procedure

  @ryangerritsen Yeah , i was with @Bell once upon a time After a bug with pay services, they cancel my services After it got clear . It took me 45 minutes to close m'y service . Till i could get a manager that was able to close it

  @Bell it’s 2026, why does your mobility services not support outgoing caller name display? This should be stardand especially for business mobility clients who want the name of their business shown when they call clients. Telus and Rogers has this standard.
