This is hardly news but @Bell has the worst setup for customer service I have ever encountered. Trying to help mom and dad change the credit card their automatic mobility payment comes out of and it’s a positively comical procedure

@Bell_Support @Bell No service in Brampton either. Two weeks ago your contractors with @MetroINF cut my lines, while they were digging. I had no phone, internet, tv for two days. Now, I have no TV again. Wow! Wonder where else I can spend my almost $6,000/yr Im paying for my Bell Services?

Hello @bell_support you at least announce to your customers that the problem is on your end (so we don’t keep rebooting) and let us know when you expect service to be back?

@Bell_Support No phone or live chat help. Give us a better idea of problems. Have rebooted several times and get blue screen Bell Fibe. Very poor service. Give us idea of geography and time frame. Put message on your answer service and MyBell.

@Bell_Support What is going on!?! I can't get my Fibe receiver to work and I phoned 310-bell and another tech support number and get a recording that they aren't accepting calls! How can they not accept calls! Please explain!
